- receipt update them
- wait for confirmation letter

as long as u got cheated by this company before please come to fight for our future destroy this type of bad people
for my understand that we need to do a police report & report to Consumer tribunal
can who told me the process after this? how long they (Consumer tribunal) take action?

I am just another victim, the person in-charge in the office is so fierry ... only read this post and realized my whole stash of holiday vouchers gonna be waste paper now ..... And the person in charge also ask me to lodge Tribunal report if i want, he said there's many delighted customers and i am the one who had issue only ..
