Travel Bad Travel agencies & Complains , Including hotels & marketing ploys

Booked ground tour for Hangzhou-Suzhou-Wuxi-Shanghai.
No minimum person as agreed. No extra charges.
Last stop to dump us at Shanghai (we'll settle back to HZ ourselves). Save them the 200km trip gas & toll, and final airport transfer.

(1) No one follow up to chase us for full payment within 1-2 weeks from departure. We have to call to chase them how to bank in / transfer the money. Seems like they don't care (Singaporeans call it boh-chup).

(2) After payment made, no itenary is given on the last week before departure. We have to keep chasing and itenary is given 1.5 days before departure. Again boh-chup  doh.gif

(3) Itenary is messed up. When we arrive, they do not arrange it properly. The itenary is land at HZ
-> go straight to Suzhou
-> Wuxi
-> back to HZ  doh.gif
-> drop us at SH
-> we're taking train ourselves back to HZ (own itenary)
We wasted extra 3+3 hours of riding in highway to and fro.

Lucky it is a short few days ground tour to get a taste of the wide area, rather than going ourselves to Suzhou/Wuxi. Our own free and easy at SH and HZ were more relaxed, and watching the grand-scale production Impression of West Lake by Zhang YiMou  thumbup.gif

We have had a bad experience travelling to Korea & Jeju during Dec 2010 with the company you mentioned. They will offer you the most places and will make u feel like it's the best deal in Matta Fair. But trust me, their system is messy, and on the last day, we even flew back on our own to Malaysia from Seoul without a tour guide with us!!! Imagine that. vmad.gif And when they advertised, they promised us Sashimi but our meals were changed to Sushi and they said that we have to pay for Sashimi. We created a Facebook page detailing all the events, sent it to the company and finally they offered to treat us to Kampachi Japanese Buffet to make it up to us. Perhaps you can seek some recourse if you have also been shortchanged.
