office at Wisma Cosway.

Took our deposit for trip to Taiwan and promised guaranteed departure on 27th Aug 2011 but after we paid deposit, they said the trip have to travel on 25th Aug 2011!

They never bother to call us when they change the travel date and we only find out when we prepare to pay the full fare.

We already told them before we pay anything that if they cannot travel on 27th, we cannot go for a 8 days' trip.

They promised to return the RM1.2k deposit to us on 10th Aug but untill today still did not pay us back anything.

I am going to spread the news to every travel forum in M'sia and to those who think I am telling lie, I have the travel package flyers and deposit receipt with me and also e-mail correspondance with them.

I will go to Consumer tribunal to file a claim and also would complain to MAttA and also Malaysian Tourism Board.
