Don't know why, i got too negative image with the travel agency & vacation. Even though through MATTA fair & government had promises to filter out the 'black agency'. But still got too more 'lier' agency inside.

My opinion, i hope we can
1. standby a sound recorder beside us. In what ever conservation, record it & double confirm some question that we suspect.
2. The most important is record down the name of sales person & company.
3. get a complete resit with name of person contact, company & amount.
4. After the end of conservation, we double confirm with their answer. Example: Its that any contract raw will affect the answer that you give us. I just just don't want any argument between us in next day. What will your agency do if you break you promises. All come with sound record.

So many travel agency & vacation club use the hidden raw to treat us back & said that 'The contract We Sign & Agree with The Terms & Condition.' I don't think got customer want to waste the time in reading the whole agreement (at least 20 over full page of raw agreement), right!
