I jst book a 8D6N Korea trip w/ ABC... Paid & booking during MITM fair on Aug & paid half as deposit on mth Sept & the trip is on suppose to b on 18 Oct. (We gv them flexible 2 choose from 15-18).

Until 2day(9 Oct), they still unable to confirm us the trip cn go on or not. We got 6ppl, they need @ least 10 ppl then only cn open trip.
As a customer, im really disappointing w/ their service~

1. We book during fair, they gv us choice 2 choose which date 2 go. Then v discuss & plan w/ our time & told them v wanna go on 18 Oct. They said ok, they wil arrange & mk sure it wil np.
--> They cnt even find any1 during passed 2mth+

2. We paid booking fee during booking @ fair. Then after 1 mth they demand 2 collect deposit as HIGH as 56% (compare to other travel agency). We paid them w/out 2nd thought bcoz v tot it was a normal 2 pay some deposit rite?! Further more it was 1 mth + away from our depart date.

3. We expect everything was done by them & we jst need 2 arrange our leaves, trip etc... Jst waiting 4 them 2 request final payment.
--> No updates / news, so v call them, they said still looking 4 ppl 2 join in. They assure the trip sure cn go on time.

4. We r so panic right now, until 2day they still unable to confirm us (it left abt 1 weeks b4 depart 2 KOREA). Wat's happening?!
Our yr end holiday suppose 2 b fun & njoy. We book earlier, pay on time... tis is wat kind of service they provide?

--> How am I apply leave on last minutes? V ady plan & apply our leaves w/ company in earlier, u want us 2 cancel & apply again? My mgr / MSC co wasn't a playground~~~

# Last minutes join in other agency tour, add 10%+ cost with total diff itinerary
--> Wat's the point of it? We cnt get wat v want & still ned 2 top-up $$ somemore.


*Did v done sth wrong....? And tis was the result I get in d end?!

ABC... Now seem like v only cn makan ABC @ here, instead of makan Ginseng @ Korea
