Italy trip. If not wrong is southern...agent...Tour guide is insane, force people listen his ghost story and ask you many questions. If you didn't answers he will scold you. This trip very rush, take pic also no time lah ! Besides that, got old uncle fall down to the river. but, he didnt help and dont even let the uncle go back hotel change pant immediately. And many story. end, he sick. he is smart but everyone feel he is crazy. we got write complaint letter but didn't get response. Rules
