I just had a bad experience with the travel agency, Regal Worldwide (Holding) Sdn Bhd, located at Kompleks Maluri,Jalan Jejaka,
Taman Maluri, Kuala Lumpur.

We had booked a free and easy trip + air ticket to HK with the agency in MATTA fair last month. The agent who serve us in the fair is Tracy. We pay RM1,000 during the fair to booked for this trip and the balance she said we can pay to her office about 2 months before the trip. After a week, she called to my hb and advise us to pay the balance before 15/09. Therefore, we went to pay for the balance today and she told us, we need pay extra RM160 for each person to book the morning flight. She told us tht the price for the air ticket in our receipt is not morning flight, is a afternoon flight.
Well, during MATTA fair, she did not mention to us that there is a price different for morning flight and afternoon flight. We remembered it very well because she advise us to take the air ticket wit them as well because she said that there is not much different for the price if we take AA ticket. And normally AA ticket to HK will be early in the morning 6.00am (if u need a morning flight). And she also mentioned to us that, Cathay provide a better timing, which we can take the 9.30am flight and reached HK in about 1.30pm, so still have some time to walk around in HK town.

Well, the best part is, she not border to figure out a solution to us but only keep on telling us that we need to pay for the amount if we want to go for morning flight. We can't cancel the trip coz they will still charge us for cancellation fees, we can't change the date coz if we change the date, the hotel fees will be much higher...etc..
I really try to tolerate, but honestly, her reaction is getting not so friendly. Maybe we are not those customer which booking those Europe trip, US trip or those expensive trip. So we are not tht welcome to have changes in our trip???
Anyway, at the end, she only manage to offer us to pay for RM100 per person to get the morning flight and she just keep on telling us tht this is the best price.

Well, I understand tht maybe compare to other ppl here, mine is just a small case. But I just would like to remind everyone here, please be careful whn you make a booking in MATTA fair. Those agent in the fair is very busy entertaining all the customer around. They just want to convince you to buy their package and just simply promise you what ever it is. After that, they will tell you that, this is not include, tht is not include...etc...thn end up you need to pay extra. And i don see that their service is good. They just don really admit their mistake but just keep on telling you that "this is policy", "is like tht woh"....
Luckily this is just a leisure trip, if this is my honeymoon trip, this really spoil my mood.

When we book for a trip, we will wish to have a nice holiday and relax. But just because of all this crab thing happen, really spoil our mood. Please do more research and ask around your frens to get more info about which agency is good and not good. Don let all this issue spoil yr mood.
