I blame MATTA for this problem. They didn't chk or update their members details. Who is still in the business, who is cheating customer's money. My friend kena tipu by an agent from Klang. I helped to make report to MATTA because I work in travel agent. After 1 year plus, nothing happen. MATTA should be more stringent with recruiting members or when open booth to be rent for MATTA Fair. But their only concern is to get as much as they can from MATTA Fair and at the end, consumer always at the losing end.

Even though I work in a travel agent, I always remind my customer who claimed they got better and cheaper package from other agency. My advise to them is to chk and chk again if this agent legimate or not. A genuine travel agent never compromise the quality of their service wth so called cheap or promo stuff but turn out cheating the customer.
