I'd like to seek for your advise, what's the cheapest or most efficient way to go to (and come back from) KLIA?

remark:
- We have got 2 persons
- Ask somebody to send me there is NOT an option.
- I got a car.

Busses to LCCT:

from Subang Parade as early as 4.45 am until 12 mid night.

TAke ERL.

take commuter/Star LRT to Bandar tasik Selatan.

Change to ERL. from Bandar tasik Selatan, take ERL transit to Putrajaya. that will cost RM 5.30 per person.

then from putrajaya, get out of the station. then go back in again with a ticket to KLIA. which cost RM6.20 per person.

that will turn out about RM 11.50 per head ( without adding the LRT charges yet. )

CONS-

u need alot of time to change trains.

Take Star LRT to Chan Sow Lin station
Take the KLIA express coach there... RM10 per head
Comfy bus ride takes about 50 minutes to reach KLIA.
If not mistaken there's bus every 1 hour.

Taking it from Hentian Duta will cost you RM20 per head

Or call the yellow taxi service... any taxi company numbers. Usually will cost around RM60 per trip, depends on where you take the taxi lar. This is the most hassle free method.

where is your home ?

if Cheras, the fare if not mistaken is around RM 75.00+ via Airport Taxi to KLIA

then going by ERL (Bdr Tasik Selatan = RM 26.50 x 2 = RM 53.00) is bit cheaper then taking the taxi. http://www.kliaekspres.com/

Anyhow taking the ERL train will be cheaper, unless you stay near the Airport.

Also last time there used to be Shuttle Buses from Chan Sow Lin LRT Station to KLIA for RM 10.00. Click the link below for the information about the bus.

Taking the bus at Chan Sow Lin LRT station is the cheapest and comfortable. But u need transport to go to the station, carrying baggages.

Taking ERL is expensive, unless u use the transit tricks but time = $. But then, u still need transport to go sentral or BTS.

Taking taxi is expensive for 1 person, but if 2 or more, it is ok. Pick u up at your door. Cheras -> KLIA = RM76.50 (or 76.20 - forgot).

My practice for 2 persons, take ERL when depart (since bring less baggages), take Limo when arrive (More baggages).

From ERL at Bandar Tasik Selatan to Putrajaya ERL is only cost RM 5.?0 and it took 25minit.
Go out from the train and purchase another ticket to go KLIA which is only cost RM?.?? (i think is RM7 if not mistaken) which I can remember and it took abot half and hours.

But if you are from Bandar Tasik Selatan straight until KLIA, it will cost you more than RM 5.?0+RM?.??.

But if you will like to save cost then you must spend extra half an hour at putrajaya station. For me it is worth to spend extra half an hour because for not mistake I can save about RM5.

You can always take KTM from KL sentral to Bandar Tasik selatan for only RM1

Received this from a friend.

Here's a suggestion to assist your traveling
budgets.

Do you know that you can travel from KL
Sentral to KLIA for as low as RM12.50 instead of the
normal fare of RM35.00?

Can't blame you for not believing that this is possible.

A closer examination on the ERL fare structure
using the link below will reveal the following
weakness

Sentral(1) --> Bdr. Tasik Selatan(2) RM 4.20
Sentral(1) --> Putrajaya(3) RM 9.50
Sentral(1) --> Salak Tinggi(! 4) RM 12.50
Sentral(1) --> KLIA(5) RM 35.00

But, Bdr. Tasik Selatan --> Putrajaya RM5.30
Putrajaya - -> KLIA RM6.20

So to save money on fares

1. Either take the ERL to Putrajaya for
RM9.50. Get down and buy another ticket from
Putrajaya to KLIA for RM6.20. Total cost works out
to RM15.70 instead of RM35.00 The inconvenience is
having to wait for the next train for about 15 mins
(peak) or 20 mins (non-peak). But the substantial
saving of RM19.30 per person may be worthwhile.
Or
2. Take the Komuter to Bdr. Tasik Selatan for
only RM1.00. From here take the ERL to Putrajaya for
RM5.30. Get down and buy another ERL ticket to KLIA
for RM6.20. The total costs add up to only RM12.50
instead of RM35.00. This option is cheaper by
additional RM3.20 but the additional hassle may not
be worth the additional saving.

ERL is banking on the fact that despite this
apparent weakness in the fare structure, nobody will
take advantage of it mainly because everybody is in
such a hurry nowadays!

But then who knows, with escalating prices,
more people may take advantage of this in future.

Happy travelling!!!!!!!

I know that AirAsia's Skybus plies this route at RM9 per way.

But recently heard that there's a new service on this route that charges only RM9 return!

Can't find any info online, except of course for Skybus!

Anyone have any idea? What are their schedules?

Sorry, I also know about skybus only. There are shuttles between KLIA and LCCT tho. RM2 per way only.

Bus schedule
RM9 perway cheap enuff lor. How cheap you want some more?

Or you can take KTM to Nilai (RM4.70 per way from Sentral) and there got feeder bus to LCCT. Cheap enough?

Other plans?

Hi.

Just wondering what are my options.. I have a flight at 7.05 am at LCCT.

1) KLIA Transit operates 24 hours? It stops at KLIA. How do I get to LCCT from KLIA?

2) Skybus - Do they have buses at this kind of hours? prob I need to take the bus around 4 am+ ?

thanks
*
1) KLIA transit doesn't operate 24 hours. The first train starts at 5.33 AM until the last train which is at 12.03 AM. KLIA ekspres train on the other hand, starts at 5.00 AM until 12.00 AM.

So this is not a feasible way to go to LCCT as, u don't have time to change to LCCT and there maybe no bus service to ferry you to LCCT

2) The first Skybus of the day operates at 3.30 AM and takes around 1 and a half hour. It operates every half an hour. So taking at around 4 AM should bring you straight to LCCT on time. Good Luck.

3) Anybody know about the return ticket with Aerobus for RM9??? that's even cheaper. rclxub.gif whistling.gif

Skybus is owned by AirAsia themself... and it cost RM9 per way...

and Aerobus is cheaper... only RM8 per way.. or you can buy both way only RM14...

CNY is here. Time to go back Sarawak again. Usually i book and take Taxi straight to klcc/klia... Rm 60, cause there is no public transport near my old place and my flight always early in d morning.

But tis time is different. I moved and stay at bukit bintang area. My flight will be at 7.05 A.M. I think i can take the bus from KL sentral. the problem is how can i get to kl sentral. Monorail is not available tat early. Should I take a Taxi (midnight charge) to get to klsentral? or is there any other better way? And i never took a bus from klsentral to lcct. Usually how long will it take to reach there. I have to plan my time. tongue.gif

need some info regarding Limo taxi...

1)how's the punctuality of this limo service? let say my flight at 2pm, should reach airport 2 hrs earlier (12pm), so taxi should pick us up at 11am. Those who tried limo taxi b4, share some experiences.....

2)any extra charges for luggage? i wonder is there enough space for luggages since i will book for family limo...(kia pregio), family got 6 members....more or less around 6 luggages n 6 hand carry bag.....

I wanna to share my experience on trying to get a taxi from LCCT to Kota Damansara. I frequently took a cab alone and it normally cost me around RM70. Few days ago, I was travelling with my wife, untie, and 3 kids (eight, six and 1 and a half years old). I ask the counter and she ask how many people, I said 3 adults and 2 kids, then she said that means 5 person so I have to take the family premier which will cost me RM166!! I got annoyed and left, then inform my wife. She then go to the counter and told the same, and was informed that when a child can walk the child will be considered 1 person! How horrriable, my kids don't take much space anyway, especially the youngest. Anyway, after so much hoo haaa... the allowed us to take the MPV one which cost RM107. Huh...

Just to to share for those driving to KLIA/LCCT from Sri Kemabngan, Puchong, Subang, PJ, Kajang or even KL, there is an almost toll free HIGHWAY rite now via Putrajaya.

Just go straight towards Putrajaya from LDP (The only toll h/way). Ignore the signboard to KLIA as this will lead u to ELITE. Just go straight towards Dengkil. Upon reaching the end of Putrajaya boundary h/way, there is a new dual carriageway h/way (Dengkil -KLIA bypass) recently opened in Nov'06 which will lead u to KLIA/LCCT and it is Toll free.

At the end of this bypass h/way, there is junction (The direct flyover to KLIA is still under contruction), Turn Right towards Banting and about 300M away turn left to Jln KLIA 1 (Beside the mosque) & all the way to KLIA....

TAke ERL.

take commuter/Star LRT to Bandar tasik Selatan.

Hi, there.

1) May I know what's the difference btw budget taxi & premier taxi?

2) How much does it cost to go to KLIA from Shah Alam?

3) What's the contact number to call a cab to KLIA?

4) Shall I call the cab a day before or on the departure day?

5) I heard that KLIA is using the coupon system. How do I make the payment if I were to depart from my home?

Hope somebody could help me. First time taking the KLIA cab. blush.gif

1) Budget limo using either Daewoo SUV, wira, waja & etc. Prenier Limo - Mercedes

2) About RM60 (Puchong)..Shah alam probably RM70

3) No need. Just call any KL taxi to pick u up....rates based on meter..Insist using meter! but it will end up almosty similar to KL Limo

4) Yes u can..just call any taxi company will do

5) Yes using cupon system but purchase once u coming bck via KLIA from elsewhere...going to KLIA is by normal taxi, ERL /KTM or self-drive.

just got back from Siem Reap. here are some pictures: http://www.wwadventure.com/siem_reap.html

I took bus from KL sentral. RM 8 per way and it took us about 45 minutes to reach. It went through putrajaya way, skipping the tolls. the driver only had to pay the Sg Besi toll

Hi,
I will be taking an early flight (8.30am) at LCCT next week.
I plan to drive from Melaka to either a) Putrajaya Station (using ERL) b) Salak Tinggi Station (ERL) or c) Nilai Kommuter (Shuttle Service).
I concern about the safety when park my car at above station. Anyone have any comments/experience on this?

I also appreciate suggestion on alternative route to get me from Melaka to LCCT. Thank alot

i am not sure but i think parking at lcct is quite low for one day. less than RM 10. u can park straight in Lcct..

or u can leave ur car at home and take bus to kl sentral. got a lot of bus from kl sentral going to LCCT

I checked the LCCT website. The maximum parking fee for 1 full day ( 24 hrs) is RM36.50. If i parked 3 days will be RM109.50 ( refer to http://www.lcct.com.my/parking.php ) sad.gif

Takin bus to KL then LCCT is not a good solution for me coz i need to be LCCT around 7am. It very early to catch a bus from Melaka to KL

Parking@LCCT - Rm36.50/day

Someone here mentioned about the lost ticket tactic as they stated lost ticket the penalty is Rm50.

My gf tried this telling them she can't find her ticket(she parked for 3 days), they said the penalty will be added on to the fees depending on how many days you park.
For example 3 days

Parking : 36.50x3
Penalty : 50

So you'll have to pay Rm109.50 + Rm50 = Rm159.50

She then pretend to go back to her car to search for the ticket and pretended that she found the ticket laugh.gif tongue.gif

They have people checking how many days you parked your car there every night.

If going to KLIA - depends on where your location is - if at KL Sentral, then can take the ERL train, its the fastest for the fare to pay. Takes about 20 minutes only. If other locations, can try taxi la... but then the taxi drivers simply charge only and their driving is miserably bad... so check out on the taxi first before heading to airport. If going to LCCT from KL Sentral, its best to take the LCCT bus for a cheap fare and the ride takes about 1.5 hours with normal traffic jam.

Taking cab using meter will be based on Meter + RM12 KLIA surcharge..Depending which part of KL u r. If U r near to KL border area ..proably at Sri Petaling it will be cheaper...If Gombak/Kepong/Setapak it will be pricy...

I stayed at Puchong and normally took Cab to LCCT. (even far from KLIA)...and normally the meter will reach about RM32 + RM16 = RM48 + RM0.80 toll....I will just give him RM50.

So if from Sri Petaling probably around RM60 & KL centre ~RM70 & Setapak ~RM80 hmm.gif

U mean at kl sentral? It's underneath of the exit near McD kiosk or the entrance for klia transit (not klia express)...after exit, take the escalator down...the stop is on ur left

KLIA Transit is the best way of going there, Malaysia have spend so many money to vbuild the lane,it is fast, convienent, comfortable.
You can even check in your stuff there, and they are planning to do during check out, you can get you luggage at KL Sentral.
Syabas Malaysia !

May I know is it save and worth parking at the LCCT open car park? I'll be going to Langkawi for 4 days.
4 adults and 2 children, from two different location (Cheras and Kajang). I think could squeeze into a car, but if take Taxi, may need to hire 2 Taxis.

I need help here, I'm seeing my friend this saturday at KLIA.
He's flight arrived from Dublin at 8AM and he's going to transit to JB at 11AM.
So I'm seeing him between the transit and I need to rush back before 12PM

So what's the cheapest and fastest way to get to KLIA ?
here's my option

getting there : Take bus from KL Sentral - LCCT , RM9* Then LCCT - KLIA, RM2*.
what time should I hope on the bus if I'm hoping to be at KLIA before 8AM?

going home :
a) Take ERL - RM35* , 30 Mins. - cons : too expensive
b) KL Transit > Bandar Tasik Selatan >(or by KTM?) KL Sentral = RM15.70, - how long it'll take?
c)
or any other options that is cheaper than that and takes about 30 Mins to 1 hour. not more than that.

please help icon_question.gif

By the time I check out it'll be around 12+, and from what I see the latest Skyway bus would be 1.15am.

Taxi it would be very expensive right?

It doesn't work this way. The RM50 is on top of what you have to pay. I think there's video cam the records the car going in and out. And they know when you enter the parking lot.

how to use/bypass the dengkil to reach LCCT!

QUOTE(stimix @ Mar 12 2007, 04:37 PM)

As I hv PMed you, using the new KL-Putrajaya highway is not viabble as it will either lead you back to Elite Highway or you have to goto Putajaya again & make another turn to the new Toll free Highway...It is nearer if u use the existing route i.e via LDP...cheaper too only RM1.60.

If you use the KL Putrajaya Highway, once you exit at the Putrajaya Toll, head towards Putrajaya (On the left).

Look out for signs that say Dengkil and follow them. (You will have to take the ramp downwards to join the road to dengkil) You don't have to go into Putrajaya.

Once you are on the main highway to Dengkil, just keep going on the main road and don't take any of the turnings out to Dengkil or anywhere else. Keep going until you reach the end of the road, where you will meet a traffic light under a yet to be completed flyover.

Take a right turn here, and you are well on your way to KLIA/LCCT. Just look out for signs from here onwards.

If you are going to KLIA, I have a good and cheap way to go there. This is what I do. First, drop all your passengers at the terminal. Then you drive to Salak Tinggi ERL station, park there and then take the ERL there. The ERL ride only costs $3.20.

Parking at Salak Tinggi station is free but at your own risks. So far haven't encountered any problem. Of course, your car battery must be strong enough to restart your car when you return. On your return, take the train to Salak Tinggi to pick up your car. You then drive to pick up your passengers.

Driving time to the station takes about 8-10 minutes from KLIA. Of course, you need to know your way.

Cheers,

1) Go to KL Sentral take the earliest KLIA Ekspres which is 5am!!!! blink.gif (How to get to KL Sentral in such early morning? sweat.gif )

2) Just book a cab and go LCC Terminal. hmm.gif

Any suggestion? tongue.gif

Hi,

This is easy.

Just take a taxi to Sentral and get the Aerobus coach for 8 rm or the AirAsia red one for 9 rm. If your flight is at 6.50, you need to get to KL Sentral at around 4.30 am, so I figure if you book a taxi (just call in advance - no worries) for 4 am you should be fine. This way is much cheaper than a taxi all the way to LCC on night rates even if the driver uses the meter.

When you get off at KL Sentral, don't buy your ticket off the first tout that approaches you. Go to the Aerobus and Air Asia bus and look at which one is the fullest as they tend to send them off when near enough full. If you buy a ticket and find yourself on an almost empty bus, you could be waiting up to half an hour. Basically, you don't want to get a bus after 4.445 am as that could be cutting it a bit fine, even though at that time in the morning buses take just under an hour to LCC terminal.

And how is the frequency of the busses there? My sister got stuck once where she has to wait for an hour for the next available bus.

It doesn't work this way. The RM50 is on top of what you have to pay. I think there's video cam the records the car going in and out. And they know when you enter the parking lot.
*
somehow i knew somebody who tried that before ...
he said lost the chip ... so the fellow who jaga there ... your parking will cost you RMxxx + RM50 for losing the chip

he then manage to 'find' the chip again ... and paid the parking fees without the penalty

those parking management are not dumb afterall

It is safe. fully guarded.

Anyway..hope someone working in LCCT/ AA stewars & stewardess or pilots can confirm the parking rate in front of the Pos Malaysia Depot? I saw them parking there instead of LCCT proper parking! - must be cheap since they park there instead of LCCT! hmm.gif hmm.gif

The newly build car park in front of Pos Malaysia is the same rate as LCCT one. Same management as well.

Parking, I think they count RM2 per hour, so one day would be RM48, better take taxi or bus.

From LCCT to KLIA, don't worry. Just take a cab should cost u less than RM20 if you're urgent, if not there's a shuttle bus from KLIA to LCCT

Cool dudes & pretty babes,

Need your kind advice. smile.gif
4 of us will be boarding a MAS flight at 9:15am (KLIA).
Luggage would be a problem as we will be bringing 8D7N's worth of clothes and baggage.
The problem is I am from Muar, Johor.
The limo rate from Muar is RM260 per trip.
Divided by 4 is RM60++ per head.
I consider this a fairly good rate as this is a hassle free "from house door to KLIA main entrance" way to get to my flight. nod.gif

But I am also considering staying at my gf sis's house, near Pandan Indah station.
How much does the limo service cost from Pandan Indah area to KLIA? (please pm me the price, thank you)
Would it be easier/cheaper to take a taxi to KL sentral and take the Skybus to KLIA?
How much cheaper?

This is my 1st time flying so your advice on this matter is much much appreciated~! notworthy.gif

Hi people out there, i need some advice here.

My flight to Macao is at 6.30am morning. We have 3 person all together including me.

Which one is the cheapest way to go to LCCT on midnight time?
I stay at Wangsa Maju, how much would a LIMO charge on midnight time?
Any bus/train are available on that time?
How much is the parking rate for LCCT/KLIA airport. (assumed 4 days)

Thanks in advance.

The taxi rate is 50% xtra form day trip so for eg:

The rate to LCCT from KL =RM50 + RM25 (Midnite surcharge) +RM16 (Taxi to LCCT surcharge) + toll (Actual) so probably about RM100-lah

I think driving to LCCT / KLIA and parking your car there is a hassle as the daily parking charges are pretty expensive. about RM30-40 per day. shakehead.gif

Either take the bus to LCCT or just directly take a cab.

The airport taxi from Old Klang to LCCT/ KLIA is about RM50++ one way. From 6am to 12 midnite. After 12 midnite to 6am is about RM70++. Based on recent trip in June.

AirAsia Bus from Sentral to LCCT is RM9 per way. If you book the bus ticket while buying the air ticket, its RM6.50 per way. Other bus transport to LCCT is RM8.

For short trips (1 day type) I will usually drive.

Longer trips (3 days to 2 weeks) I usually take a usual cabbie that charges me RM70 from my house in Damansara

However this only applies for lone traveller.

If I travel with family, either the Taxi or a relative is my option. Its cheaper than the train.

Train? seldom due to the lack of stations (no LRT) and also the hassle of luggages

It depends on the amount of luggages you have. If you travel light, then Expresslink is def the option. Otherwise, taxi is not too bad but a bit ex.

I think taxis/Airport Limos are the best option from DJ to KLIA.
It should cost you RM65-RM70.
KLIA Express Ticket is more than RM15 (I don't know the exact price) per pax though.

RM50 is fine, still cheaper then the few days of parking fees. But the chip is loss, there is no way to count the actual required parking fees right ?

oo..KLIA Express Train not very hard to find ..just take lift to ground floor and follow the sign board only plus KLIA got alot big trolley should be no problem .

SKyVan also follow Timetable like Bus unless you come with group can fully load the Van....Van speed sure faster than Bus

abt 1 hour + lo last time i reach LCCT at around 1030pm and reach kl sentral abt 11.30pm..more or less like that..when i reached kl sentral, i just flag to call a teksi at the place i came down from the bus...there is a lot of teksi there...but of cos i asked for the price before hop on the teksi..if not kena makan ... tongue.gif but that time is nearly midnight and no more monorail running..so teksi is very expensive..i spent abt rm25 from kl sentral to times square which is nearby park royal..day time should be cheaper...

kl ah? i always walked around berjaya times square, lowyat, sg wang, midvalley, ikano, ikea, sogo, 1utama, klcc, pavillion...and petaling street... other place i dun really go lo...cos those place oledi too big to walk around... tongue.gif

but if u reached berjaya times square, there is a teksi station where u can buy coupun...it will be a lot cheaper compare with u bargain with the teksi driver...when will u going to kl?

for eating i dun really know..cos i just cincai eat and continue my shopping..times will never enuff lol... but i tried jogoya..quite expensive but quite a lot of food and just nearby park royal too.. i think a lot of place got food to eat ..depend on u choosy or not...for me, food is not really a matter... whistling.gif

pavilion is very high class shopping mall lor..midvalley will be better..1 u also not bad...midvalley u can use ktm in kl sentral...they stop just outside midvalley...1u u need to use teksi....ikea u can use lrt then use the bus provided by ikea...

i normally go to kl sentral 3 hours b4 the flight to lcct in case traffic jam or accident on road at that time cos bus need abt 1 hour to reach...then u still have 1 hour extra..lcct nth to shop..very small only...and the food there also more expensive..normally i taupau from mcd in kl sentral and bring there hehe... but if u feel troublesome, u can just eat in mcd at lcct ....but if u use teksi..then make sure u reach at least one hour ahead lor...
u mean u use teksi from lcct down to kl ?? u can buy coupun at the counter there..kl sentral also got sell coupun i think..but troublesome cos need to walk into the station then walk out again..i normally just use the teksi beside the rd then bargain a bit the price...but if u dun mind, u can just walk across the rd and u will see monorail there..monorail will go to sg wang and u just walk abt less than 5 mins to park royal...

i dun think any restriction bring liquid onboard o..i even bring few bottle of mineral water on board also no pro...unless u go oversea lor...or u can pack it nicely and put in cargo...

klcc is just bside twin towers...since u r going oversea, i dun think u can bring liquid as hand luggage lor..maybe need to check in... i think u better check with the airasia counter there...klcc is quite high class shopping mall..the thing inside quite expensive too cos mostly branded...but its worth to walk around ..and aquarium is just behind klcc too..and a big garden also...many ppl take photo there too..klcc a bit like pavilion lor..

actually is not hard to find the counter..but a bit confuse for the first time..if u cannot find it, maybe u can just ask around or ask the security there...but the counter is at the other side which mean u need to use the lift to go up one level then enter into kl sentral then walk in for abt 2-3 mins ...
if u not going to buy coupun, u can just ask the teksi stop there and check if they use meter or just quote the price..sometime meter will be more expensive cos they will use all the small rd and turn around and around...i tried b4...so now i just ask them to say a price then if ok i go in..if not i will ask the other teksi...the price will not very much different..and try dun use those indian teksi...really will kill u..just simply say the price if he know u r not kl ppl...

i heard water is 1liter on board only ..not really remember..but normally i bring 500ml only and all my personal belonging i just put in cargo... if they dun allow me to bring it, i just drink in front them...ahaha..

when are u going there? i am going on 30/12 too cant wait for the time to come...tongue.gif

i am from sarawak! but beware of some malay or chinese driver too ..if they know u r frm other place..they will just simply say a price to u...i am not quite sure how much cos i only tried at night which charged me rm25!!! day time maybe half of the price or less?? i used teksi from times square to midvalley only rm10 few months ago....in theory should be less than rm10 cos kl sentral is in btw actually... haha...if u take the teksi, then u feel the driver is ok, try get his contact then if u need teksi, u can call him again too....i always do like this...

i always use monorail....monorail to sg wang is just few minutes....not complicated at all..i just see the plan stated at the monorail station, or ask the casher there..they will tell u which station to come down... if u go to park royal..just hop on ..not need change lrt..maybe u should surf for monorail website...there got plan too...kl sentral to sg wang...park royal is just opposite sg wang...but if u scare, then use teksi for first time to see the surrounding first...then go shopping can use lrt lo..

since ur flight back is 9pm..better go earlier ..cos that time is ppl going back..traffic jam..unless u use lrt..but will squeze like sardin...same like singapore...i tried go to bus station from bugis at around 12pm..brought one big luggage..then hop in hop out also so hard...really wan to scold ppl ... rclxub.gif

yes..i will spent my new yr eve in midvalley...

outside a lot of food to eat lor..but morning time mostly need to wait until 9am++ or after 10am then got more shop open..o u can go to food court above the shopping mall like sg wang, times square and below lowyat also got many choice..but if u wan better environment which mean more expensive, can choose to eat in star hill, pavillion or times square ... food not need to be worry lo...or just go to 7-11 buy some bread or mee to fill the stomach then have a big meal during lunch or dinner hehe... or u can go to star hill - jogoya..buffet style..got lots of food there..star hill is just nearby ur hotel... u can ask the hotel receptionist... but is quite expensive - above rm68++depend on the time u go..this are all nearby ur hotel.... if u go further like midvalley or 1u or ikea, there is lots of food court and restaurant..dun have to worry abt the food at all..just wait till after 10am will have more shop open... icon_rolleyes.gif

forgot to mention that there is alor street which got lots of food stall beside the rd..which open at night till late nite...just opposite bb plaza or beside sg wang..u can noted down all the place name i mentioned then ask the hotel receptionist to tell u how to go..

but park royal breakfast is quite nice..my fren told me.. i am not sure cos never liv there b4..

are u from sg?

ok ok noted. will jot down all these info.....ya i m fr sg.in fact i went Kl b4 when i was very young so no impression at all. so tis time considered first time. but i tink i will skip sunway lagoon....which hotel u stay at?

do u come to sg often too?
*

[/quotie]

i only been to sunway lagoon once...but did not enter.... unless u like to play with water...if not under hot sun, i rather stay indoor tongue.gif... and also sunway is quite far from kl...i went there by bus that time and back by teksi and kena chopped by teksi driver...but no choice..wan to rush back that time...

i stayed in cititel hotel in midvalley and move to berjaya times square after that...but park royal is far better and far more expensive thumbup.gif

i have been sg end of last yr lor..went there few times b4..but the hotel rate and currency stop me going there this yr ...perhaps until new phase of sentosa complete, will plan a trip there again..or else quite boring cos cannot do much shopping there also...but for u..u come to shop in kl is really nice..cos sg money is getting bigger and bigger...

are u going to kl alone? or with ur family?

one of my fren and me only ..2 of us...

2.5 days is actually enuff to go for a few places... but if u do shopping, then will not be enuff..cos normaly like midvalley, i will spent abt 1 whole day there if i really shop... u can just choose a few places u wan to go...then dun spent too much time on the place u dun wan to shop..just see and go...haha...

but dun espect too much in kl lo..i found that sg will have more latest fashion than kl..however kl offer cheaper price...

u dun go to genting? i tot everyone come to kl for first time sure will go there? hehe..

but u r so near, can go kl anytime ..even by bus also easy...for me, i need to fly to there for 2 hours...really spent time and money..

i am near to Sabah or Kalimantan..Borneo island..
Why dun check in luggage? if u not pre order online when u book the ticket, just go to airport and pay ..but will be a bit more expensive only....
erm..midvalley quite big.. and the thing selling there is also quite reasonable..not like other high class shopping mall..can see cannot buy... blush.gif thats why i like to go there to buy thing..sometime i put my last location there and then go to kl sentral is much easier..ktm is just beside the mall and one stop only...this time no choice... put in in my first destination..due to new yr eve and many hotel fully booked...and also this hotel is cheaper...
i am guy..but sound like gal who like to shop..but not only shop clothes.. just like to walk around and see see ... hehe whistling.gif

Taxi back to KL city is around RM 57, to PJ is RM 56, think 1U should be around that range.

KLIA now has long-term parking - a godsent for those of us not living in KL. Previously, KLIA charged RM43/day but now it's RM43 for the first 3 days and RM15/day thereafter.

For a Malaccan like me, the only public transport is a pre-booked taxi which costs RM150 one-way. Of course I prefer driving myself because it's more convenient and safer than taking cabs.

So has anyone used the long-term parking? I have the following questions:
- Is it mostly empty? Cos I don't wanna drive there and then find there's no parking lot.
- Is it safe, e.g. they have security there?
- Is there a seperate counter for payment since the rates are different?

its safe.security always go arpund and there is a camera in each parking level.
u have to pay at the counter next to the token machine.ring the bell if there is no people at the counter.

Evonne,

RM20/day? that is quite acceptable. considering you are away for 1 week, total cost would be
- petrol to and fro KLIA = RM50
- toll to and fro KLIA = RM30? (dun remember)
- parking rm20x7 = RM140

total RM220 which worth it, than paying RM300 for taxi.

comparing to KLIA
- petrol to and fro KLIA = RM50
- toll to and fro KLIA = RM30? (dun remember)
- parking rm43x3+rm15x4 = 129 + 60 = RM189.

wirelessdude,
i'm from melaka as well and do have the same dillemma everytime planning to fly. usually what i'll do is to park my car at my cousin's place in seremban before taking seremban cab to KLIA, costs RM60/way.

Erm, park your car at a friend's house in KL, then taxi to KL Sentral and train to KLIA? A lot more 'mah-fan' but probably much cheaper.

Pan Pacific hotel is just rite opposite of KLIA, jockey parking =) u park ur car there den they'll send u to da airport together with da luggage n everything..

used to park there for 5 days.. cz i think its not that safe to park da car in da carpark.. as nobody is there to c ur car for u like pan pac.. n its cheaper also ^.^

like this rather take eco class taxi from KLIA direct to your home much more better and faster.

From KLIA take bus to KL sentral like RM8 - 12 tehn from KL sentral wait for Rapid KL to Sunway RM2 but the time u spent on it is very very long.

Wangsa maju to KLIA

Cheapest Way is take Rapid to KL Sentral then take BUS to KLIA (Bus is diffrent to LCCT) KLIA bus is diffrent colour...100% not Red and yellow
Very Slow need take 2 -3 hours to arrive KLIA (whole process) so you need prepare very very well

Fastest Way is take Rapid to KL Sentral then take KLIA Express train to KLIA (KLIA express train 1 way like RM25 but only take you 30minute only)

Luxury Way is take taxi from Wangsa maju to KLIA

Yeah, i have this question too. I know that normally it is punctual during non-peak hour. Sometimes i did take it around 1-5pm.

My coming trip is to catch flight at 1020. mean i have to depart in the morning, get to LCCT by 9.20am. Normally the bus take 1hr to reach LCCT, but how much time do the bus need to reach LCCT during the morning peak hour? Let's say i take the bus depart at 0730.

The website schedule suggests that the bus will need around 1hr 15mins. Is it true?

Sorry if this was already mentioned:

Take LCCT bus from KL Sentral to LCCT = RM8. (RM6.50 if booked together online when booking AirAsia flight)
Take AirportLiner from LCCT to KLIA (FOC - but I dunno what is the earliest time it starts its schedule)

Hello! Skybus cost RM6.50 (one way) if you book online through AirAsia website together with your air ticket (from/to KL). Otherwise, RM9.

So, if you want cheaper, book it together with your air ticket at AirAsia website.

*
NOw there is a bus from Subang Parade to LCCT/KLIA behind Digital IT, but RM20 per person.
Also have buses to BM/Penang.

Hi,

Please advise the transport rate for 9 persons to LCCT, time around 5.30 am from Serdang. Must reach there before 6.30am.

Straight away to LCCT, not from KL Cntral.

aready check with Skyvan-RM210
normal charge is RM170 only after 6.00am

is it possible to get cheaper transport?

That toll free highway already exist since Nov 2007...I remembered the LCCT taxi brought me to Puchong using this road on the very 1st day it's opened to Public..so the Nov 2007 very fresh in my mind.. biggrin.gif

Just go straight from Puchong to Putrjaya & thereafter IGNORE the signboard to KLIA but go direct by following the signboard to B.B Salak Tinggi! At the end to the road is the junction of Banting Nilai, Turn right towards Banting & thereafter another right immediately after the KLIA fire station & ju8st follow the sigh=nboard to KLIA Toll Free

I got an offer of RM75 (by taxi/limo).

May I know if this is a fair rate or if I can get something better (cheaper)?

The exact distance from Air Keroh toll to LCCT is 120km so if u are driving at a contant 120km/hr...u can reach LCCT within 1 hr from Air Keroh.
Yes there is a parking lot fronting LCCT. Check the rate here: http://www.lcct.com.my/parking.php

That's the shortest distance if you exit Nilai Toll Plaza & using the Bdr Baru Nilai heading towards Salak Tinggi & Banting.

Click to enlarge. BTW, there is another shorter route aster Nilai toll i.e using the Kg Salak way & thereafter to the F1 circuit...However not recommended bcos of the narrow road & less signboard.

Hie, anyone can give me some suggestion?

My flight is on 540pm at KLIA.
I am leaving Sri Petaling STAR LRT station at 2pm because i will be meeting up my parents at about 330pm in KLIA.

I have 2 options now which are

1) Sri Petaling STAR > Bandar Tasik Selatan ERL > Putrajaya ERL > KLIA ERL
Cost: RM 5.30 + RM6.20 (since i have monthly travel card)

How long will it takes if i were to change the train at 2 transit station if Sri Petaling STAR > Bandar Tasik Selatan ERL is about 10mins?

2) Sri Petaling STAR > Masjid Jamek PUTRA > KL Sentral PUTRA > Airport Coach
Cost: RM10

How long will it takes if Sri Petaling STAR > KL Sentral PUTRA takes approximately 30mins?

Which wan will save me more time and which i can reach on time which is 330pm?
Thanks for all the suggestions!

BestWay is you guys from PJ nerest KTM station take trains to KL Sentral Then change to Sky BUS to LCCT. Cheapest way but take longer time

For tailangong
AeroBus and AirAsia Official Bus all stop at same spot LCCT Bus station...you just need walk 2 minute then arrive LCCT departure terminal

Uh, I didn't realize you could change it in LCCT itself.

But for me, I just show my printed out page of my itinerary (the pages that shows your booking code and the payment page, Page 1 & 2), on the bus when the dude asking for tickets come. And they will give you a purple ticket. A red ticket is when you actually buy on hand.

Nowadays,

AirPort Taxi Is Expensive (I Think Start From 1 August)
Previously, LCCT to Kepong ~ Rm80
Now, LCCT to Kepong ~ RM90

Well, Bus Is Always My Choice

Got Another Thing To Share,

I Took The Yellow Bus (LCCT to Jln Ipoh)
Forget The Name.

It Will Cause U Spend More Time.
Coz Their Bus. Will Go KLIA - KL Central - Pudu - Jln Ipoh.

So, AirAsia Bus Is Better.

Welcome!

And yeah, if you are heading anywhere near KL. Getting on the airasia bus to KL sentral is best.. trip is a bit long 1hr 15 I believe. But its only 9 buxs =\ Just watch out for peak hours jam and how they always like to fill the bus first before departing. And they are never on schedule!

Hi, I'm looking for way to get to KLIA from PJ and here are my options:

1. Sleepover at a friend's house near PWTC, take Star LRT to Tasik Selatan, then change to KLIA Transit to KLIA.

2. Have someone take us to KL Sentral, then take the KLIA Express straight to KLIA.

3. Sleepover at friend's house near PWTC, take KTM to Sentral and change to KLIA Express.

Our flight is 9.30 am on a weekday, hence we need to be at KLIA by 7.30am. Option 1 seemed to be the cheapest, but we're afraid of peak hour when ppl rushing to work. Are there always a lot of ppl taking KLIA Express at that time?

Option 2 and 3 almost the same, but just wondering whether driving to Sentral or taking KTM from PWTC to Sentral will take longer time?

I went to KLIA express website and it stated RM35 per person while some previous posts in here mentioned RM25. Just wondering what's the latest price?

KTM no problem even at peak hour nowadays? I haven't take KTM for a long time, but the last time i took it during peak hour, I couldn't squeeze in at all and the door closed in front of me sweat.gif Ended up waiting for another 20 minutes. But that was a few years back liao la... biggrin.gif

I guess I should forgo driving to Sentral then...

From KL Pudu / Pasar Seni then change Rapid KL buses or PutraLine to KL Sentral lor.....then from KL Sentral take AirAsia SKybus or AeroBus(yellow) to LCCT

The cheapest way, (one person la) is to take the Air Asia bus to LCCT lor... RM9 only... from KL Sentral also got, one utama also got.

And from LCCT you can take a RM2 bus to KLIA... but tedious i reckon..

if u care about carbon footprint, try the KLIA express lor RM38 from KL Sentral.

Cabs will be like RM80? from KL/PJ.

My friend flight is 8.50 AM KLIA tomorow. My flight is 11.00 AM LCCT on the same day....

At first i thought of asking the Taxi to bring us to klia n drop my friend,, then bring me to lcct since is nearby... But taxi doesnt allow... saying they cant pick any passenger once they come down from airport.. rclxub.gif will got JPJ tangkap.

Now my plan to book bout same time flight with my friend to save on taxi doesnt seem to work anymore.... If we took 2 separate taxis will b RM 70+ rm 70.. very not worth it...

I want to ask is there any bus/ or taxi that can bring me from KLIA to LCCT? better taxi cause im bring my very heavy CPU with me.. i did heard b4 thers shuttle between the 2 airport .. any1 can clarify with me bout this? smile.gif thanks

KLIA to LCCT, shuttle bus is RM1.50 nia.
KLIA to LCCT, by budget airport taxi, last checked in July was RM38!! That's before the price hike hor..

My aunt and I shared a cab to both last July. I sent my aunt to KLIA, helped her checked in liao, same taxi went to LCCT. The taxi driver knew about the JPJ check. And true enough there's road block at the turn leaving KLIA. The officer looked but didn't say anything. Both the taxi driver and I were prepared if kena told say city taxi can not pick passenger from the airport, we will "defend" by showing the printed Air Asia itinerary.

1st )) From KLIA you need take KLIA SKYBUS or KLIA Express Train to KL Sentral first then at KL Sentral change City Bus to Pudu Bus Terminal first then only got Express Bus to Melaka.

2nd )) IF take Taxi then from KLIA direct to Pudu / Seremban Bus Terminal then at Seremban take Express Bus to Melaka

2rd Way is From KLIA take Sepang Bus / taxi to KTM Nilai Station then take KTM Commuter train to Seremban...then From Seremban Train Station walk to Seremban Bus Station ( side by side ) ....Then at Seremban take Express Bus to melaka

Go to their website: transnasional.com.my

Search for the bus on the date(to check availability), or search for the ticketing agents near your place. Best to call up and if can, buy the ticket in advance.

Time should be ok la.. By the time you reach LCCT, say maybe 4+pm, can go to the "self check-in kiosk" to check in and print out the boarding pass. Assuming you are flying domestic?, proceed to counter 68 or 69 to "drop" your check-in bag (if any) and "stamp" the boarding pass. After that, can go and makan (if you are not puasa-ing) and lepak till boarding time.

Got bus direct from Melaka to LCCT, convenient la..

Quite convenient and easy to self check in. No need to wait till check in counter opens, no need to look for check in counter number, no need to queue at the counter later...

The old town ah, always got queue wan.. Then got to leave after makan, coz the waiters there very rajin to clear and clean the table.. Me after one time there, now go to Mary Brown liao.

Could anyone confirm with me if these daily parking rates at LCCT are current according to this site? http://www.lcct.com.my/facilities/parking

I thought of driving to LCCT tomorrow morning for my flight and leave my car there till I return on Sunday evening but am kinda shocked at the amount to be paid for car parking!

Would anyone know if the parking rates are cheaper in KL Sentral inside the building itself? If it is, then to see if its cheaper to park there and take the train or bus to LCCT.

Thanks!

For one apparent reason, the LCCT/KLIA is located too far from KL and it results in tedious to and fro journey for everyone.

Look like other cities airport, Bangkok airport, only 35KM from city, Jakarta airport, only 40KM from city. KLIA is about 60KM from city which is too fat i reckon.

A cheaper option:

Instead of KLIA Express, take KLIA Transit to LCCT:

KL Sentral -> Bandar Tasik Selatan -> Putrajaya & Cyberjaya -> Salak Tinggi, then shuttle bus service to LCCT...

From KL Sentral, RM 12.50, shuttle bus FREE (promotion), total journey time -52mins. (train ride - 35mins)

Ehh no need direct ERl to KLIA, there is a cheaper option by taking ERL transit to Salak Tinggi station & thereafter connecting bus ride to LCCT (Only RM12.50!!):

Take the bus. Only rm1.50 per way.
Only setback is that i had to wait almost 30-45min for a bus despite the schedule saying otherwise. So better be early than late just in case.

Not very sure about puduraya one but the Star Coach buses at KL Central is ever ready to go. But I guess they will fill up the bus to the max before deciding to depart.

The puduraya Star Coach counter is at the underground where all the bus park there. Just ask for buses going to Tanjong Malim. Their workers can easily be spotted wearing yellow + red colour shirt.

Nope. Will depart from Puduraya and there are also buses at KL Central.

Wait a minute....I just notice that you are going to KLIA. Erm, I think Star Coach buses will get to LCCT only tho.

Last month i stayed in Tune Hotel LCCT for 1 night and i parked my car inside the premise FOC. It's either they don't charge now or i was plain lucky as the gate barrier was lifted up so i just drove in and parked. Then next day the barrier was still lifted up so i drove out and left. rclxms.gif

safe for your car or for you?
i parked there few times, 4-5days each time.
not a lotta cars actually, limited space and it's outdoor.
i tried to park in front of the hotel (u know what i mean when you are there) where it's well lit at night.
there's some kinda cafe right at the entrance of the hotel so there's ppl flowing always. probably not good for car thief? i guess...

no need to get any tickets

Print out your flight itinerary as evidence that you have bought the skybus tickets. Bring it along and board the bus. Then show the itinerary to the bus conductors.

I haven't try those buses b4, but from those review/blogs by foreign tourists to KL, they said the cheaper RM8 (The yellow Star coach), actually only start moving once enuf passengers. They dun really follow schedule??

For cheaper mode of transfer to KLIA and LCCT from the city, forget about the bus service. They don't take off at scheduled time. For those who want to keep the airport transfer cost low and with superior punctuality, take the KLIA Transit train. Wait......! You must know how to take the train. Here are the tips:

Going to KLIA and LCCT
Take the Transit train at KL Sentral to Putrajaya transit station
Disembark at PutaraJaya station and buy a train ticket to KLIA or LCCT
Total cost to KLIA is RM15.70
Total cost to LCCT is RM15.00

The above method may cause you 30 min waiting time for the next train at Putrajaya station but you save RM20 as compare to direct fare and it is still faster than traveling by bus and most important of all is that you can be assured of exact arrival time at the airport.

From KLIA/LCCT to KL Sentra
Since there is no flight schedule to meet, bus is the preferred low cost city transfer mode. You can also take the Transit train using the above method. The choice is yours.

Ehh Actually, ERL Transit train no need to stop at Putrajaya Sentral-lah just direct to Salak Tinggi for the waiting feeder bus & it's only RM12.50 to LCCT from Kl Sentral direct..:

Most of th ebuses start operating at 5am till Midnite.

http://www.lcct.com.my/bus_services.php

For those having early flight, Normaly taxi is the answer. Otherwise, illegally treat LCCT as overnite hotel, Tunes hotel or even drive there...

I took the earliest Transit Train+feeder bus to LCCT this morning arriving terminal 6.30am and my flight is 7.05am sweat.gif sweat.gif
6.30am is the usual rush hour in front of the LCCT terminal building. Traffic jam can be 200m to 300m long at times. Luckily this time the LCCT Transit shuttle bus dropped us right after the domestic arrival hall entrance before proceeding to park the bus 100m further up at bay 6. All this while, the shuttle bus only stopped at bay 6 and passengers will have to walk 100m back to the terminal building. The check in counter already closed when I reached the departure hall but I still managed to catch the plane because I had already web-checkin last night.

Hehe... every month, I'm enjoying hassle free and ample parking space over there.... that's is why I'm selfishly keeping low profile on this treasure brows.gif brows.gif . But since it is you the Taikor asked me to share the jewel..... cry.gif cry.gif no choice lor cry.gif but don't blame me if you can't find the parking space in the future hor...

I've been using the PutraJaya park n ride every month and so far so good, it has jaga day and night and the entire building is lighted brightly during the night. I usually parked 2 to 4 days and the longest was 2 weeks. My recent Taiwan trip in December parked there for 7 days and today also parked there.

If you want the park and ride to be free forever, the only way is to keep this jewel to your self oops.gif so that less people park there thus as a result, commercial parking service company see no feasibility to lease the entire parking complex from the government agency for commercial gain.moneyflies.gif

Well...I think I'm pointing the gun at my foot now.......... doh.gif

taxi rate is around rm150 to rm200, the fare can be shared though. just wait at the taxi counter and hopefully 3 pax turn up to take a taxi to genting. pay the fare accordingly and hold on to your pants when the taxi starts going into the bends with tires squeelling.

rm200/4pax=rm50/pax
less people, more expensive.

Hi guys,

I need some advice on this:

I will be arriving at LCCT at 0035 hrs and will be staying at a hotel in downtown KL. I am assuming that there will no longer be any shuttle bus going to KL Sentral at this time... so what other options do I have? I don't drive.

How much would the taxi ride cost from LCCT to downtown KL (KLCC)? factoring in that there would be a midnight surcharge for this...

Also I heard that you can now go to/fro LCCT-KL Sentral by ERL? How does this work? And how long does it take?

Many thanks for your advice.

Taxi rate to KL normally ~RM75 midnite not sure how much by LCCT taxi

I normally kena surcharge taking normal taxi from Puchong to LCCT..

He's how normal metre taxi count for eg:

meter rate to LCCT ~RM40
LCCT taxi charge +toll ~ RM20

They will doubled the meter rate to RM80 + the LCCT charge of Rm20 so it's RM100.

*
ERL last trip is 0100hrs from both kl sentral and KLIA terminal. i guess you won't be able to make it in time.

yes now you can go from lcct-kl sentral via erl...they pick you up at lcct by bus and drop you off at salak tinggi station.

taxi is probably the next best thing if you are looking for public transportation.... get a friend or family to pick you up...i don't mind to pick you up if you PM me your picture drool.gif

the station for feeder bus from LCCT to KLIA (called MTB, Main Terminal Building) is just before the buses that go to KL Sentral...its written Airport Liner (sometimes same type with the shuttle bus that goes to parking lot in Maybank in front of Pos Malaysia, so be careful to board the correct one...)

fare used to be RM1.50, but now naik already...RM2 per head...ticket can buy inside the bus, no ticket counter outside...

oh btw, there's a notice saying that the feeder bus is now 24 hours...not sure how correct it is...i usually board the earliest one from KLIA to LCCT around 5.30 am, like that....

Get a bus from Cyberjaya to PUTRAJAYA Sentral ERL station, thereafter it's only RM6.10 & 10min ride by KLIA transit to KLIA

There arew lotsa option by just googling on KLIA transport & etc....Here are few:

1)Find your way to KL Sentral (by LRT from Mesjid Jamek station/ Pasar Seni) & thereafter RapidKL E1 (RM3.80) to Putrajaya sentral & thereafter the train. (RM6.20)

2) Take Plaza Rakyat LRT to Chan Sow Lin station & take KLIA express coach (RM10) http://www.klia.com.my/index.php?ch=68&pg=191&ac=3749

& many more options just visit the KLIA link attached.

How to go to LCCT from KLIA?

when youre at KLIA, just follow normal sign to go outside, but during the way.. look out for signboard that has Bus Station LCCT

then take elevator go down to level 2 DO NOT go down to the bottom which has bus coach/tour platform, bus is not there.

then cross the indoor bridge, theres the bus station to LCCT.

once youre at station, theres many platform, some go to other states and etc etc... the BUS that goes to LCCT is at PLATFORM 10. but ironically for some stupid reason, the signboard saying boarding bus to LCCT seems located at platform 11... lulz

fare : RM2.50 per person

Whenever I park for more than 1-2 days at LCCT I pay at the human counter, not the machine biggrin.gif Yes they accept RM50 notes.

Looks like tune hotel parking will be full soon with all LYN readers parking there.

Alright guys, just come back traveling from Macao.

Yes, Tune Hotel offer RM16/day parking rate, cheap. I just paid RM48 for my 3 days parking.

The only hassle is you have to walk from Tune Hotel to the airport, quite a distance I must say. For my case, I dropped off my family and the luggage at the airport, then parked at Tune, and walked back to airport. Take approximately 8mins.

Oh yea, you can take the shuttle from there to airport too, 15min a round, RM1 per head.

Yes they will look at cctv. I parked for about a week one time and even then they checked the CCTV to be sure.

Will be flying into KL via LCCT this weekend, so eager to try out the (new?) LCCT Transit service. Does anyone know where to get the train ticket from? LCCT or Salak Tinggi station?

Also, this is slightly irrelevant, but does anyone know how much (approx) is a taxi service from KL Sentral to Bukit Bintang area and how long would it take, if say, I take one around 2pm on a weekday?

Many thanks.

i haven't personally try this LCCT ERL transit..from LCCT probably can get direct from the airport..chk wth those info table perhaps? Since it's a combo bus>salak Tinggi & train, Should hv counter in LCCT.

KL sentral to Bkt bintang take the monorail lah just ~150m across from Sentral. Taxi in Sentral are all pre-fixed pricing..not sure how much but should be reasoneable since it's fixed. (try google) smile.gif

I'm flying to KBR from KUL this coming 28 March.
So from KLsentral i can take KLIA Transit to PutraJaya, then from PutraJaya to KLIA with only total RM15.70. But i have to spend another 30 minutes to wait for the next train, am i right?
or is there any other cheaper way than taking a bus?
