so guys,

If park at LCCT for 2 days cost you RM73
If park at Tunes for 2 days cost you RM60 + RM4 shuttle bus (for 2 person)
so save RM9 if park at Tunes.

But which one is safer or better? Convenience versus Security

My flight is 605am

If I park at LCCT,

Parking fee: RM73
Petrol: RM20 (to n fro)
Toll: RM9
Total: RM102

If I park at Tunes,

Parking fee: RM60 + RM4 shuttle bus (for 2 person)
Petrol: RM20 (to n fro)
Toll: RM9
Total: RM93

If I don't drive,

Depart: RM80 (taxi one way to LCCT)
Return: RM18 (Skybus 2 person till Sentral) + RM30 (taxi back to home)
Total: RM128

Park at Tunes la bro ..is cheap and most importantly if you drive on own ..you have plenty of time to get yourselves ready for the trip ..i have countless time rushing by taxi, bus and the airasia feeder bus from sentral. One day decide to drive own ..fuiyoh !!So easy ..when depart and also arrival ...just park and you are set to go ...and now will try the RM16/day park at Tune ...dunno whether price still same or not ...if RM16 still then confirm that's the best choice smile.gif

Will be flying into KL via LCCT this weekend, so eager to try out the (new?) LCCT Transit service. Does anyone know where to get the train ticket from? LCCT or Salak Tinggi station?

Also, this is slightly irrelevant, but does anyone know how much (approx) is a taxi service from KL Sentral to Bukit Bintang area and how long would it take, if say, I take one around 2pm on a weekday?

Many thanks.

i tried the LCCT Transit service couple of times already... the ticket can be purchased at the KLIA Transit counters at KL Sentral, Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya, and LCCT arrival hall, but NOT at Salak Tinggi ...

in other word, cannot simply just arrive at Salak Tinggi without bus ticket, then only want to pay to ride the bus...(dunno la, if you can nego with the driver to do that hehe..)..i think the reason because they want to encourage people to use the train...

for LCCT, the counter is inside the arrival hall, the most left-side, easily noticed by purple color...

be careful, the counters are closed after 10 pm (but there are shuttle buses moving after 10 pm, i think last one should be before 1 am..pls check the website), so for those who plan to take the shuttle bus after 10 pm, you have to go to the counter earlier... cannot buy at the vendor machine...

the cashier will give you 2 tickets...1 is for the train, 1 is for the bus...

another thing to note, the shuttle bus that wait at Salak Tinggi, only wait for around 6 minutes after the train arrives...so, after you got out from the train, just go directly to the purple bus (you can see it clearly)...no going to toilet or buying newspaper whatever lah tongue.gif , because the bus at Salak Tinggi is quite punctual to leave...

Hey thanks very much for the info, that was very helpful indeed.

One more thing though, how long is the bus ride from LCCT to Salak Tinggi station? And how long is the train ride to KL Sentral from there?

Thanks again!

No need to buy the ticket inside the LCCT arrival hall, just walk out to bus bay #6 and hop in the purple colour transit bus and the conductor in the bus will sell you the tickets.

just some suggestions:

1) park at Tune/LCCT, then take a bus to KLIA (RM2.50)
2) park at Salak Tinggi ERL station, then take KLIA Transit to KLIA
3) park at Putrajaya Sentral, then take KLIA Transit to KLIA

Does anyone know if there is any buses from KLIA to KL Sentral or KL Sentral to KLIA? (Not LCCT)

Anyone taken before and can confirm the exact location?
