I googled & found the LCCT LIMO website on this morning, too.

Hmm from my place to LCCT cost about RM170 per trip.

Most likely we'd arrange our own drivers to send us up. Gonna get 2 MPV. Somehow, still cheaper than LCCT LIMO car service, ya.

Why need 2 MPV? 1 Urvan or Pregio can settle. Anyway how much for your driver?

Sorry for the confusion, is our house driver. Initially I thought renting a mini van would be cheaper, but since we have our own resources, just ask him to drive us.

Toll + Petrol for return trip, should be cheaper than hiring LIMO service, I suppose.

Will there be any midnight charge if we take the LCCT airport taxi to Bintang walk area? (flight arriving at 11.30pm)

After 12 midnight, there are surcharge. Since your flight arriving at 11.30, I guess after walking and waiting for luggage, it would pass 12 midnight.

50% more if between 12-6am

Let's say I'm able to get into the taxi before 12am (maybe at 11.45pm), still liable for the midnight charge??

If before 12am, it should not be any surcharge at the time of the purchase the taxi coupon but beware of the girl manning the LCCT taxi booth. She may try to mislead you say it is based on arrival time bla bla bla so need to charge mid night rate.
In case you want to save the RM100+ taxi fare (midnight rate), the LCCT- KL Sentral transit Train last departure is 12.35am. RM12.50 nia Just go out side-->turn left --> wait at Bus bay No.6

i need to catch up my flight at 7.40..
i plan to take first trip of KLIA transit to LCCT (KLIA Transit Schedule) at morning 540am from bandar tasik selatan, from their website estimated 6.25am arrive.

are they punctual?
can i catch up my flight as i need to check-in 45min before my flight..??

From my experience, yes they are punctual. I don't think you will have any problem to catch up flight at 7.40
