Hi Bro, would that be Italy Leather or Nappa Leather? Last checked with GS Auto, Italy Leather cost RM2.8k and Nappa Leather cost RM3.5k.
I choose free leather seat upgrade as well, but I intend to top up a little bit to wrap with "Nappa Leather".

I saw both leather materials before, Nappa Leather definitely looks better and more elegant.

Hi Bro, I suggest you all personally drive to Mazda authorised installer panel and talk to them - don't depend on SA as they can promise you "sky and mountain".
What I did was my SA sent me a form to fill with option to choose 2k rebate or leather seat upgrade (need to fill your car details etc). I submitted the form to them and ask for the leather seat installer contact person, address and mobile number. Then, I make an appointment with the installer and I will drive there to see and choose the leather materials - if need to top up some money, so be it as long as I am happy with the materials.

Note that they will need 1 - 2 days to complete the wrapping job. Make sure you take out all your personal belongings from your car.

Anyone has get the free leather seat upgrade done? I submitted my application 2 weeks back, until now still no news yet...!

I am sending my car for free leather seat upgrade tomorrow at GS Auto. Need to leave it overnight there. Plan to go for the original two tones beige and grey color. Let you all know whether confirm is Italy or Nappa leather tomorrow, cheers!

Just back from GS Auto. Confirmed is Nappa leather.

OEM they give is all black color, even the stitching is also black. There is a sample M3 Meteor Grey there with OEM leather seat wrapped by them. Everything is black...some may like it cos it looks classy and elegant. I personally prefer two tone colors tho.

By the way, you need to top up extra RM400 to opt for two tone colors because they only keep stock for black color. Other color need special order which will take 4 - 5 days for the material to arrive.

This is the two tone colors I've chosen - same as sport variant in Japan.

If you have children or a smoker in car, I don't recommend you to go for Beige color cos it can easily get dirty and abit hard to maintain. For me, I don't mind cos most of the times, I am the only person in the car and I don't smoke in my car.

Hi bro. They only have 5 colors to choose, none are red. Mostly either too light or too dark.

By the way, for those who is interested, central/brake auto locking is available now at RM380

It could be his SA good enough to pay the extra $$ for him...just guessing. Ms Ng from GS confirmed she never provide two tone colors FOC to customer.
The free promo from Bermaz is only for the OEM Black color with Black stitching.
