It'll last a month or two and you go back in for another wax / wash.

Need to think for the long haul. If you want to make sure your rides look pristine, weekly washes and occasional top ups with wax is recommended.
Ace only sells the black Plastidip if I'm not wrong.

Hi bro , my fuel monitor stating 9.5L/100km , still running on my first fuel pump, will update again , currently using FuelLog (Android) to track my FC.

My fuel consumption from the Fuel Economy Monitor:-

On Shell RON95 (FuelSave @ RM2.10) petrol = average 8.9L/100km (full tank)
On Shell RON97 (VPower @ RM2.80) petrol = average 7.9L/100km (full tank)

** City driving only.
I pump'ed 2 times RON95 and 1 time RON97 usually. Noticed that RON97 VPower gave better pick-up and smoother ride.

yup. but can protect from damage of flying chips and stones.

For front full paint protective film wrap package ( Hood, front bumper, 2pcs front fenders, headlamps and foglamps) price as below:

Oraguard 270G (Germany) : RM1600
Mactac cp150 : RM2500

The MACTAC brand from Belgium made of PU material white Oraguard was PVC, thus, Mactac will shine like paintjob do and Oraguard will have abit matte finishing.

Hi mazda folks,

I'm contemplating getting the new mazda 3 sometime end of this year. Can  anyone comment:
1)Ride comfort - Is it hard and harsh on the 18inch rims ?

2)Is the car noisy i.e. outside road noise can be heard inside the cabin while driving at high speed?

3) What is the 0-100km/h performance in seconds, performance ?

4) Does the i-stop restarts the engine smoothly without jerk and pause, the moment you take off from a standstill?

Thank you anandkrishnan. I have the general idea now. It's impressive the car can do 8.2 seconds which is typically in the league of turbocharged cars (and beating the peugeot 408 turbo) and higher capacity NA engines. Probably changing to soft compound tyres i.e Michelin Energy XM2 etc should  also help reduce the road noise. Maybe when someone here changes the tires, they can post a feedback. I'll just have to decide now if I can accept the relatively harsh and a little noisy ride and if it's within my threshold, more so, when paying  a slight premium for this C-segment. Will go for a test drive and decide. Overall, I'm actually impressed after reading the reviews, safe for these 2 concerns mentioned. On a separate issue, what is the safe colour to choose? I heard the soul red was engineered by mazda for their cars. It's inevitable in KL driving, everyone will experience some untoward incidents. Do normal workshops have the soul red colour in case the need arises to respray or touch up the bumper?
