still could not decide..
almost going for inspira because of its attrative disc n interest..
but consider it is still a proton..so rethink back..
please..need advise..

if limited to these 3, its quite a no-brainer. the 2.0 mivec

i test drive it last week, its far from proton, feels very different...very quiet, very smooth, ride also smooth

If you can afford inspira, why not top up a few thousands, get yourself a Jazz hybrid, Prius C or Insight?

2. Definitely quieter than Inspira - coz the engine is not on.
3. 6 or 7 air bags (Insight has 2 only).
4. Vehicle stability control - a features all new cars in US must have, but none of inspira, vios and city has. Paultan.org - ESP is a must
5. CBU - Fully Japan made
6. 105% import tax (30%) and excise duty(75%) exempted.
7. Car loan interest rate - Insight 1.99%p.a., Prius C 2.40% p.a.

I'm a Datsun driver... so my opinion for these 3 cars is neutral!

Vios is clearly the better choice.... why own a proton when u can have a Toyota.... I really dont understand how people can fail to see this. Even any auntie/uncle on the street can tell u go for Toyota instead of Proton!

ic. i still wud go for vios cuz both is sedan. if u drive alone most of the time, 2L will be high FC cuz i think inspira heavier. but if family also ride, then 2L myb slightly better but dont mean that vios is underpowered, it might not

someone sed it right also, since u r on 90k range car n stil can push 10k, jazz, prius C and insight also within reality. they both 99k like that. if budget rly constraint, then just get vios J, more price differences than the suggested 3.

actualy in order, i wud get jazz (if u like the look) > vios J (if u want to save more, i think 80k only )> prius c/insight (if power is not priority cuz IMA mayb underpower if the charge run out n higher discharge when u often spirited driving, but i wont buy a hybrid to save fuel cuz the money topuped is mch higher than the fuel saving over the years when u buy the hybrid)

sorry to say, cheap cars nvr for looks n attraction.. its just for going to point a to point b..

if inspira is the exact copy of a lancer then the math is simple. why would one buy a Hermes wallet when a epileather LV probably has similar(!) qualities.

Exactly bro.. Inspalia and Lancer , Hermes and LV. Its all about the branding.. However, Proton's image was long gone when MILO tin was introduced

to me it's the personal feel good factor. why buy a 4-5k tag heuer watch when u can buy it rm500 for high grade imitation exact look. but dpds individually, for me, i'd get the real one.

edit: i think it's abit extreme analogy here for tag watch n imitation as well as hermes n lv.

an 80k toyota is with a hefty 20k duty & tax while a 90k proton is only with 6k duty & tax... well buying foreign brand car is feeding more vitamin m for the c2pid government... keep up the good work...

I wanted to buy the Inspalia too at first.. but Mitsubishi's CBU unit is too tempting for me.. moreover.. if I were to be as cheapskate as possible and replace the proton logo front back of the inspalia with mitsu's logo.. it wouldnt be my peace of mid.. JPJ will haunt you la.. nightmares during ur sleep tat ur inspalia will have bad karma la.. etc etc

You want a durable and cheap maintenance car ? Vios

Big car with more space but higher fuel consumption:
Inspira/Forte

Smaller car, easy to maneuver and lower FC:
Fiesta sedan/ City full spec / Polo Sedan

Depending on your usage, smaller car is more suited for daily city drive with occasional long distance due to lower running cost (fuel, road tax & etc). Bigger car will be more comfortable for more passengers and stuff.
