GN2 not yet ler, havent even got time to go SenQ to look see touch. Eh if buy from SenQ, it is at RRP, how is the warranty for the first year if got problem? They send to samsung or repair on their own? OR can I just bypass them and send to samsung service center directly? Sifuuuu answer.

Jatto, found anyone who wants to take prob&stat yet?

1st year even if u sent to SenQ, they will still send to Samsung service center. So you can just bypass it for first year. Samsung wont inform SenQ anyway, and SenQ wont know if you even send to Samsung service center.
The best thing about buying from large company is that, you can go there make noise and ask them settle for you. If they are rude, can always email or call head office and complain.

now the problem start, when SenQ offer additional year warranty. For example, 1st year, Samsung will just repair whatever faulty parts without charge. But how about subsequent year? will SenQ pay for the repair by Samsung service center or they repair themselves? This i dunno, but from galaxy note thread, it seem that they sent to service center But there sure have fineprint to the warranty by SenQ, 1st year, you root, brick, lcd burn etc etc, samsung will 80% chance change for you foc. But the how about next year, where it under SenQ instead of Samsung anymore. So go there and ask about the details on SenQ warranty. 1st year warranty dont need ask.

oh, like that still ok coz SME getting 1 year warranty anyway. really sifuu.
