Though I'm here to complain that UPS is fking everything up on my B&H order, so you should take note that they have the worst service ever.

Like I mentioned, I missed my delivery on Friday, and tracking said "The customer was not available on the 1st attempt." So I rescheduled to Saturday but they didn't come. Called yesterday at 5pm and was told the parcel was out for delivery and will reach me before 6pm, but there was nothing and at 6.45pm the tracking was updated to "The driver was unable to collect funds on the 2nd delivery attempt", which is complete nonsense because I was home all evening, and the customer service staff herself told me I didn't have any charges I was supposed to pay, so what the hell is "unable to collect funds"?

Today I called again, got told the same crap that it will come before 6pm. It's 5.45pm now. If it doesn't arrive today I suppose I have to go all the way to Bukit frickin' Jelutong to collect it since this is the so-called third attempt already.

I can't believe I'm saying this but Poslaju is a million times better than UPS and cheaper too.

i see. DxL also the same when i bought battery pack from Manila, almost like your case, almost fuke up on 3rd attempt, if 3rd attempt failed the item will back to manila. I am so kan cheong call the whole morning until my fren collect it, bcos i ask my fren help to purchase.
