hah? i think the other way around lulz. most bbers eat cheese cause, yes, it's casein protein. but cottage cheese is so different compared to other cheese is that is it really really really high in protein and really really low on fatnod.gif
/inb4 chedder cheese is fattening  hmm.gif

but still the price for cottage cheese in malaysia is totally not worth it

The fat bit is true about cheddar, but I think stiffer cheeses have higher protein densities than soft cheeses. Mozzarella is another example, and is easy to eat a lot of it, like in pizzas....oh god I want a pizza with extra cheese right now!! drool.gif Point is, I can have less cheddar, have that bit of protein and still have room for other things to include with the cheddar, like having them in a sandwich or melt them in an omelette or on a toast. A slice is worth 3-4 grams, and 2 slices in 2 chicken/tuna sandwich or in a 3 egg omelette is waaaaay cheaper than a cup of cottage cheese.
