u know, malaysian research got 1 problem, they find out such and such plant very good, they do some testing and find out some effect, then str8 go make supplement, make coffee, make some miracle drink etc.

they never proceed to get the compound which is really effective and made it a drug, becoz the process is long and hard.

so far what i know there are no established report saying really effective on human, otherwise can ganti <removed> liao.


if drink the tongkat ali coffee, drink till u kenot sleep 3 days and 3 nites, until the caffeine overload also kenot have the slightest effect like <removed>.
