OMG, everything begin to make sense now. I met this quite good-looking guy selling some magic stuff in Jusco Metro Prima. He was super nice, charming and friendly to talk to and we even exchanged numbers. He kept messaging me everyday, like a simple 'good morning', 'how are you?', like he was genuinely wanting to be friends. Until one day he asked me out for lunch. We talked like friends, about everything under the sky, about his family etc. Then he led me to talk about my income, do I save for rainy days etc. He then took out a pen and a paper and start talking to me about the UniAsia savings plan. Slowly I begin to realized that all his sob stories about his family financial situation, his personal financial difficulties were all sob stories to persuade me to start saving with the UniAsia savings plan. He was super persistant to get my IC and make me sign the plan. Even when I told him that I need to consider first before agreeing, he kept insisting that it's okay and I just need to give him my IC first. I even lied that I didn't have my credit card with me. Of course, just as persistent as he was, I was not one easily persuaded or swayed. In the end, I did not give him my IC or agreed. True enough, he stopped contacting me. I was lucky I trusted my instincts and stood my ground until the end.

Oh yeah, he told me before this, he worked as a promoter for P1-Wimax. So everything sort of pieced together now.
