@Crashing, how do you know that he should lose fats first? What if he's underweight? Don't simply give out advice based on nothing man.
And to the TS, do read up on the stickies like what vanpersie91 said. Here's a tip, work every body part proportionally. You'll look better that way and you'll avoid injury. |

Find a good routine for you. I would recommend for you to read one of the pinned thread about BB Routine. There are a lot of info for you there.
Find a routine, don't adjust them, follow it thoroughly. |
