So I'm thinking of do a body building. But I'm new to this. Any starter tips?

@Crashing, how do you know that he should lose fats first? What if he's underweight? Don't simply give out advice based on nothing man.

And to the TS, do read up on the stickies like what vanpersie91 said.

Here's a tip, work every body part proportionally. You'll look better that way and you'll avoid injury.

Don't focus on one core group. Work all muscles of the body.

Find a good routine for you. I would recommend for you to read one of the pinned thread about BB Routine. There are a lot of info for you there.

Find a routine, don't adjust them, follow it thoroughly.

does expensive means that i need to buy weights and protein shakes? no other way? like just doing push ups/sit ups and stuffs

I'm trying to toughen up my hand muscles because I always wanted to be a keeper. Scared if I'm not strong enough to repel any balls coming to me

go google whats bodybuilding brother....bodybuilding is not weight training only....its all abt the physic.

sit up and push up even marathon runner do it la.
