Using blackberry. Ori set / 2 years warranty. No problem so far. Been using for 6 months now.

The problem is that ORI SME Galaxy Nexus also out of stock in the market.

2 year warranty on ap set.. but ask him back what it cover.. actually all item that tend to broke warranty only for 3 month..

You may try search it in GS. I can't find a single seller of ORI Galaxy Nexus at price sub 1.3k

Though if you despo, you may try those Digi/Samsung retail shops, they may still had them(but at the price of 1.7-2k though).

He said all parts cover for two years. 3 months for LCD and accessories.

According to most of the normal terms and conditions for ORI, if they fail to compensate/repair the phone, they will replace with an existing models/phones with equivalent values(not sure whether which values though).

If can afford always go for ori. Easier to make warranty claims and also have higher resale value. AP sets only problem is warranty as got alot of horror stories when wan to claim warranty.
