I was informed there isnt any car park for residents staying in the lower tier sq feet, is that true? I need clarification from owners

It's not true, all units are provided with at least one car park, bigger units with more car park, but some small units with 2 car parks.

Wonder who spread it haha.. By law, residence must be provided with car park, so don't worry.

Thanks for the clarification. Btw, howis the noise from the highway. I believe at night the matrempits racing from the airport road will be a nuisance

I believe all resi condos (except for KL) must provide sufficient carparking lots...whether its chargable or waived by buyers is another story...otherwise the project wont be approved.

if u look at nova masterplan...they shld have enuf carparking lots for each and every units......

Iproperty shows nova saujana has no parking lots for some owners who buy late. I find this perculiar

Nova selling point is the developer. However, i dont like the location,the highway infront jams every single day, hard for owners to go in and out. Anpther short coming, ifs the limited parking lot for owners. Late buyers have no parking lot!

I think maybe they want to sell the car park separately. I think they carpark is like selling at RM20,000

anyone know about their electricity bills? Will it be billed as commercial or a regular condo eh?
