i notice that vitalrate rate is usually lower than moneymaster. Yesterday, the local money changer here is still 35.8..need to give them few days to adjust.

vital rate is abit far...pavillion....abit not worth it to go, parking expensive somemore. But it's a good benchmark to refer to. So far the money changer at Puchong is already 35.10
