Good news! JPY is 30.10 now! Consider quite low already because the lowest I exchange earlier this year was like 29.70. So if you are going to Japan soon, you can change some now.

QUOTE(mamasos @ Aug 26 2015, 09:28 AM) haha....my yen very precious ...i bought at 30.0, but yeah i still need some more for my trip next year.the rate is too high now. just wait until Nov, i'm sure it will go down abit because Japan's current economy is also not really that good. |

To those who are going to Japan soon, the rates for today is 35.50. After Bersih, dont know if the rate will go up or down....
Here's where i usually buy yen : http://www.vitalrate.com/ If you buy alot, they might give you some discount. Good luck! This is the moneychanger in Midvalley : http://www.moneymaster.com.my/ This post has been edited by michlove: Aug 28 2015, 10:37 AM |

QUOTE(yvonnesoo @ Aug 28 2015, 10:51 AM) thanks.. i have change some yesterday.. at 36.1 yaya, if you buy alot, worth it la. usually i will ask my hubby drive, park by the roadside, and i quickly go and change but considering going down to pavilion plus parking and petrol. end up i change nearby pj area.. unless as you mention buy alot than worth the travel but with the Bersih happening this weekend, abit hard to go...maybe mid-valley would be a better option |
