WE BUY = CURRENCES TO RINGGIT
WE SELL = RINGGIT TO CURRENCIES
====================================
1000 WON = RM3.16

U want the currency see: WE SELL

eg1
RM1000/3.16 = 316K WON
316K WON x 3.16 = RM998.56

or eg2
RM900/3.16 = 284k WON
284K WON x 3.16 = RM897.44

ohhhh...means if the rate is lower is better?

Good news! JPY is 30.10 now! Consider quite low already because the lowest I exchange earlier this year was like 29.70. So if you are going to Japan soon, you can change some now.

haha....my yen very precious ...i bought at 30.0, but yeah i still need some more for my trip next year.

the rate is too high now. just wait until Nov, i'm sure it will go down abit because Japan's current economy is also not really that good.

when u go? if next year i would advice wait, because end of this year US gonna raise interest not sure how the market will react.. if u plan to go this year then u sendiri think.. market is too unstable. try to read the yen news every day so you can make decision. prepare for the worst..

To those who are going to Japan soon, the rates for today is 35.50. After Bersih, dont know if the rate will go up or down....

Here's where i usually buy yen : http://www.vitalrate.com/
If you buy alot, they might give you some discount. Good luck!

This is the moneychanger in Midvalley : http://www.moneymaster.com.my/

thanks.. i have change some yesterday.. at 36.1  doh.gif

but considering going down to pavilion plus parking and petrol. end up i change nearby pj area.. unless as you mention buy alot than worth the travel
*
yaya, if you buy alot, worth it la. usually i will ask my hubby drive, park by the roadside, and i quickly go and change tongue.gif

but with the Bersih happening this weekend, abit hard to go...maybe mid-valley would be a better option smile.gif
