Right now you gotta decide what wizard type of build you have in mind.

Archon or Snowy Wizard

Archon needs to deal massive damage and it is probably the most expensive build for wizard build.

So,

Offensive side: Life on Hit, Life Steal %, Critical chance and massive Critical Damage. Do get some item that can boost arcane damage

Defensive side: Insanely high All resistance and max movement speed.

Skill slots: Magic Weapon, Sparkflint and Archon(duh). The other two are pretty much conditional and you decide them.

Good luck finding items to give you the moolah.

lol yeah, its awesome. My favorite will be Lightning Hydra instead of venom. Right now, Hydra is even stronger stacking it with Arcane Dynamo.

If im confident enough, i feel like using venom hydra/lightning hydra while i frost em enemies.

I think hydra build is easy to build. What you should need is Lightning Hydra. Use Blizzard as well to slow enemies though my favorite way to slow enemies is using slow time bubble.

Since im a living lightning builder, i think CC is more important actually. However, massive attack speed + living lightning supersonic electrocute skills to nearby enemies = GG

if i want to focus on CC, then i need to change my shoes and ring to Natalya set where 2 items gives 7% extra CC. My taicho using that build for his wicked wind. Imagine if he uses living lightning for it.

I'm considering the Tal Rasha helm, to boost my Chantodo Wand fire damage but i will probably compromise aspd given by Mempo, and not to mention giving up my LOH from Stormcrow.

So, kinda stuck in dilemma which item is the best, because each item i want right now costs hundreds millions.

Now my next target is ouroboros ammy with extra aspd. Then my Loh will be more than 1k, that will make my farming much much easier (except for that sohai demonic maniac in keep 2 )
