kidding, every build for all chars is xpensive. playing a cm wiz ur dps will take a hit as there are alot of micro managing todo as below:

CC, IAS, AR, ARMOR. CHD is a bonus not a necessity to make the build work.

u can gain more chd for the xtra juice from TWH, trifect 1x amy + 2x ring, glove
socket chant wand or double speed chant wand is up to u.

yeap im affected, tested on ghom
single target locking is not as efficient anymore if u r running 1 APOC source

will need atleast 2 apoc source.

im still pissy that blizz made tal rasha helm a wizard helm doesnt come with apoc.
diminishing effect of energy armor and glass canon.

feels like a handicapped match

yes mang, im using stormcrow 4.5cc now

to make up for the lost speed from mempo with cc i slap on a inna pants
lost tons of hp as BT pants give life% and mempo gives life% + socket

i lost 70AR oso, as u know it, stormcrow got ony 1 random stat, which means u choose either cc or AR or socket
why blizz wana handicap wiz? anyone can answer?

from 58k hp dropped to 44k

u nid 2 apoc source, i use storcrow with cc then can liao

i suggest u use a stormcrow 4.5cc, 6cc is overpriced

to makeup for ur hp loss, craft vit shoulders/bracers

then u can continue using ur non APOC chant source, chant apoc source is manyak skyhigh price

haha i wish i could perma use shocking aspect also
can die easily as current gear doesnt have enough armor + ar


i only use prismatic/pinpoint for high MP n uber, SA for low-mid mp

other members in the party has higher hp than me but they still die.

hehehe alot oh shit moments cos cm wiz have to b in the middle of the heat.

hence telepot is ur only ohshiat button, either to get in the middle of a pack for positioning or run away

no fear mang, once u r familiar u will naturely know wen to jump in or jump out

thats cos u r using time bubble

it slows all the electrified and lump them into 1 and u will get hit like a truck, (imagine u in da middle of 3-4 eletrified pack and u hit them many times with ET+EB = they release more electric bolts!

time bubble makes u take more dmg from electrified, mortar, and all those projectiles

dont use time bubble, especially in uber (SK+Maghda), substitute it with something else,

i personally use telepot cos i cant dps/contribute to the team wen im dead


and secondary factor is how much AR u have now.

D Shard adds to ur Edps and doesnt show on Pdps eg Shocking aspect.
no it doesnt stack, u have to keep casting (DShard 1 cast = 1 hit, chain reaction stackable = 1 cast = 3 hit)

use Meteor instead of blizzard as it hits harder, but u cant spam much as it is costly unless u are hitting big mobs)

xtra fast Es can escape or use their skills as even a slight delay in freezing them is enough

telepothead Es oso can escape if there is a dlay in ur freezing

your ingame ping ms oso have effect on freezing efficiency (make sure its green bar not yellow/red)

DShard will xplode even b4 the time is up if u recast, if u r hit by mobs after the 1st cast xplodes and before the 2nd cast then it will not absorb incoming dmg.

Chain reaction is highly stackable, the answer to ur Q is if u recast twice before the 1st xplodes it stacks like lining up in a queue. u can test this out by just using WW + EB only, without frost nova n DSkin to save up more AP to cast/test EB on white mobs especially big white mobs.

I do it too wen im lazy to freeze and thrash cant kill me so no DSkin either and repeated cast of EB makes it looks like a machine gun going off.

trifec or bifec?

anyways, if u change ur amy to a trifec amy u can easily breach 200k dps
cm wiz with 200k dps or above is godlike

haha i oso dont have trifec leg rings. true playing cm wiz is very hard to gear cos alot of micro managing
damn high speed + cc is mandatory.

well, myself is using poormans gear so i rely alot on LOH + try to anticipate what would happen eg frozen + vortex + plague Es (hence Telepot is essential, as we cant always rely on move speed to get out of trouble and to jump in to freeze b4 the E can use their skill)

I will always try to freeze Es as tighly packed & as fast as i can cos i dun want those Es to use their skills (especially: frozen), but plague/motlen/ arcane is ok cos LOH can fill my hp globe but i get disrupted wen there r someone in the party with knockback skill.


most cm wiz cant afford so just have to put up with watever gear they have + much lower ehp than u.
I ony have 600+ AR, im sure by know u have more AR than me.

Ur gear is already damn impressive as u have high hp + high dps + high armor even without energy armor) but ur amy should be the easiest to upgrade as it can give u additional CD (80% >) (crafting 1 would be gud if u are not in a hurry )

im using inna pants, yea damn ugly but i use vanish potion so i can see her smexy thighs.

700LOH is adequate, any higher is a bonus. u can pop some ET on far away white mobs to gain additional LOH unless u r toking bout single target.
