Just go to their website and log in your report. In my case with original Pebble, they responded my email within a week, asking you to take pic of serial number at the back of the watch and some pics of the problem as proof. Once confirmed, they will notify what should be done, worst case is they're going to send you a new watch without any need of you to send back the broken one (maybe due to expensive cost they need to bear). So I have 2 red original Pebble with me The whole process took around 3-4 weeks I think until I got the new watch.

nice.. sounds assuring enough for me to buy straight from their website. i'm planning on getting the Pebble Watch @ $99 (RM375,10). is there a possibility of the watch getting taxed? if so, how much would it be? 6% GST or something else? and how will it be settled; they contact me and hold my watch and i must go there and pay the tax?

I think most of us backers don't have any problem with customs. Or if happen to you, might wanna check this guide.

Edit: No GST charge on mine. Just a normal postman came to your house deliver the goods, didnt ask for any extra.

So far never heard anyone here got tax/gst from custom for the pebble delivery.....if they really tax/gst, they will let you know where and how to get it done....dont worry, you will get your watch eventually......

How much? I sold brand new replacement Rm450. Even my previous watch edi more than 1 yo, pebble still send replacement when i send them an email that my pebble stop vibJrate. With that 450 i bought pebble time, ngeh2

i adv here at LYN = Rm350, but after done some research at mudah.my, ppl sell it much higher. Even after i adv RM450, bunch of ppls willing to buy it cause cheaper than other seller at mudah. gila.

i use endomondo pro with HRM.. then connect it with my pebble time using bluetooth..

Reason why the Color is inverted has to do with the watch face you are using.

Normal use of the watch should last you up to 5 days.
So far I have not reach 7 days yet.

Average ia 4-5 days for me. No such issue with inverted watchface for me.

The reason why the color is inverted is due to the feature of the watchface you used. To show that the bluetooth is disconnected, the watchface color inverted. I am not sure whether you can disable it in the watchface setting.

For me, usually on the 4th day, there will be 20% left. 5th day will be 0%.
Averagely 20% usage/day

Same average 15-20% per day
