I'm using normal postage. Stucked in customs for 1 week plus. No news from customs or pos. Called up pos malaysia already and even lodged a case. Still nothing yet. I didn't expect it would take that long. I m guessing it wont reach on time for Christmas.

Which mean the parcel have not arrived yet. Its only been sent to KLIA. It will take ages for them to reach although its only 1 hour by air. It took me about 4 to 5 days to have the status changed.

owh I see...but you have the tracking number as well rite bro? Just give them a call (customs KLIA) and ask them the status.

I called them just now and they sent out already to my address on the same day the received which was on 11th Dec. Apparently, they gave me a local tracking number which hasn't been updated. Then i called to Pos Malaysia and they said it has been sent to Shah Alam mail processing center. Which means since then the package is in Shah Alam all the while. I am guessing it probably got lost. Lol. Already escalated the case for a few times and yet no response.

Really feel sorry for you. I feel how you feel, really hate the waiting.

You can try to call poslaju again or inform pebble you didn't receive. Maybe pebble will send another unit for you.

After 1 week use, can see 1 hairline scratch only the screen, not so obvious.

Yeah the waiting was bad. Should have taken DHL right?

Pebble will be shipping another one for me. I have contacted them. Pos Malaysia cant do anything about it.
