Actually i use pebble with android . Tried 2.0 beta this afternoon but later revert back to 1.x coz not many apps supported by 2.0 firmware yet

Just updated my Pebble to version 1.14.

Notifications display on Pebble a lot faster now.

Kinda freaky that the time I updated is also '1.14pm'. Only realized it just now when I copied the photo.

The new update 1.14 improve a lot in term of notification (almost instant) and there's this do not disturb mode which is really useful . Now I can't go out without wearing my pebble . Hopefully the 2.0 update improve more (Y)

Got mine yesterday from xUeki. Would prefer black, but oh well, there's always Gadgetwraps. (Speaking of, going to order multiple wraps today. They have a buy-three-free-one promotion, along with holiday discounts.)



Just remembered that I have that strap laying around, so I immediately changed it from the original band. Looks quite nice with the Pebble, I think. Perhaps a bit too "youthful" for some attires, but I'm usually casually-dressed anyways. Might get other designs.

So far, the music controls have been my most used feature. Notifications are useful, still thinking about which IFTTT recipes I want to be pushed via Pushover. I don't like being disturbed by unnecessary things. So far I've set up services to automatically notify me if it's going to rain, location-based reminders (i.e if I pass a grocery store, it will remind me of the things in my shopping list I have to get). Definitely looking of more ways to fully optimize the Pebble in a way that works for me.

Initial impression so far -- useful, and not too distracting.
