yup. other than cc from rings (3 is kind of low, 6cc is max), amulet (10 is max), gloves and helm, you should try to get Nat's boot and Reflection to get a set bonus of 7%cc. you can use that for your DH as well. since you already have inna's belt, consider getting Inna Pants... it's really good. you gain IAS and movement speed, and 1%cc, and in set, you gain 130 dex as well.

IAS can increase cyclone, but CC is better than IAS when it comes to generating cyclone.

u have big issue then  .. bcos on lucky day.. 90% elites will come with Molten and / Descreator

Radiance is 1 of the cheapest Set item in game... seriously lots of them. can get most in less than 1 mil....

actually, i was using andariel visage before, but since mine has poison+all resist, the additional fire damage is nothing to me. in fact, after i change to a Inna's Radiance with Poison + Armor, the HP go down faster when I am on Descreator. (but i got additional HP from Radiance too)

u choose any specific resist for OWE? good build btw..if u trouble in MP4, play in lower MPs also good..

the trend is...with 200 dex

vit value < 50...er i think sell under 10M G lol..if even so ur lucky...

90>vit value>50.. can go 70M G> sellable price > 20M G

vit value> 90 can go sellable price > 70M

got life%/ pickup radius/ single resist?..figured out along the lines given..  

too much vile ward with good stats or same stats piled up the GAH nowadays..its like becoming the new inna's radiance drop down price item...

with vile ward..is always about the vit..the prime stats people know usually it will be high, confirm got AR, usually with >200 armor++, or straight forwardly speaking for vile ward its about the HP races.....

below 200 dex?...lol sell it at max 5M ...

ya try doing that on molten...  

my team got this EF thing..the barby's...and frankly i hated it...when i cyclone strike them (gathered them)...then suddenly they all got feared back..thats annoying..

the barbs..hey they can spin and ran..me?..the tank?..ill be chasing back the elite...especially the molten type with severe consequence...death!... 

it just scatter the mob all over the map..the thing that we can kill in bulk now scatter around hence consuming more time to kill it....its not significant in lower mp..but in >mp7..its really significant..

Normal mobs were dispatched off in a matter of seconds while elites just takes 4x-5x longer times ...baby monk hardly dies in mp8 now so, intends to step up to mp9 and finally, mp10.

if u not aiming for higher MPs, your current build is fine... just slowly upgrade...IMHO try up your attack speed.. 2 attack per second at least...

prepare to loose vit and AR if u use Inna pants.. ... and prepare to pay 'good' gold for nice roll BT pants too..

Inna pant is better as it gives you :
+90-100 Dexterity
  Attack Speed Increased by 8-9%
  +12% Movement Speed
  Critical Hit Chance Increased by 1.0%

full inna is not my cup of tea, as mentioned before (read up dunno how many pages back, heck the thread move so fast quite some information are washed away by the replies  )
