Can this project go for schedule H spa? If so then the immediate progress payment could be at advance stage at the point of signing, because the physical construction is well at completion, indeed it was a completed building with refurbishment. If it's on non-schedule H spa, then look out for payment schedule ie could this well be 10% on signing then balance purchase price at the completion of transfer ie handover? Indeed an interesting case study for financing scheme both for developer and buyers.
