If viewed on psf basis, verve kls indeed sounds high side....
Do not forget the size is small and therefore making the absolute is affordable. Even in KLCC, you can get RM800-900psf in Dua Residency but RM1700psf in Vipod... In fact... fully furnished one bedroom in Verve KLS is same price or lower than bare 3 bedrooms in Southbank, 9Seputeh etc. Not all the tenants need 3 bedrooms or no-frills concept.
And do not forget BKP is premier developer. and obviously some price premium accorded.
