ya... 3000 units below 200k is really no joke...

but one of the few criteria is have to be own stay and no renting out during the first 10 years... so since CBJ mostly are target rental for students and expats, should not be so greatly affected... cause students cant afford to buy and expats does not fit the criteria to buy...

im also very interested to see how the PR1MA implementation goes... balloting based on race quotas or what? and how well will it be maintained and security... since price below 200k is like low cost apt in prime location already...
