I would like to point out my dissatisfaction about the issue that happened:-
1. Ordered 3 days free trial VPS on Monday and received the VPS info during the Monday afternoon. 2. I setup the VPS and configured all my tasks in VPS and test run. Everything was running smooth and OK. Was thinking to buy further for long term using. 3. Was thought 3 days trial run would end on Wednesday since Monday will be day 1 and end of Wednesday would be day 3. 4. Wednesday 12.00am (Tuesday mid-night) - Suddenly can't login. After checked in client area, VPS was terminated. 5. Sent ticket to support, SMS, call. However, terminated VPS could not be reinstated and my hard works were gone. 6. Even I was on trial, when come to termination, they at least, should notify me my trial period will be ended on xxx.... so I can get prepare to buy/upgrade. But no, nothing. 7. By common sense, 3 days if counted from Monday, would be ended at the end of Wednesday; instead of end of Tuesday which is on 2 days. Initially decided to buy their VPS and after this incident, I decided not to further, even their VPS is good, fast, good ping since it is local server. I will look through others. Bye |

I understand the issue but there was glitch in the system, the order was placed on 7/4/2013 and was terminated on 10/4/2013, which the system starts to count from when the order is placed. 07/04/2013 22:19 New Order Placed |
