depending on where u got ur 1st if im not mistaken u can get from Castelia City (Battle Company), Icirrus City (Show Level 25-49 Pokémon to Fan Club Owner).
there is a 3rd if im not mistaken which is held by Gible/Dratini which u get by beating Black Tower/ White Treehollow.

I was just our dream team for this thread 'E4' idea by Max~
so I've chosen Electric type and max's ground so we tried to build our team based on that type~
It's just for fun~ anyone can participate and tell us their team pokes~

It was a some what suggestion to build our very own Elite 4 and Champion.
an Elite 4 has to use the pokemon of the same type.
thats why we are building a team of our chosen type
I have chosen Ground for my team currently
if u want to join in feel free as nothing has been set in stone yet

If i finish the game i will focus on fire type.
My favorite type of all.
