Is your pokemon black 2 FC the same with 3ds FC?

i think you are mistaken.... black/white 2 is a ds game, so use their own friend code.... you have to get pal pad & beat 1st gym before you can get your fc

I used Masuda Method. Basically you take a pokemon from japanese game and mate it with pokemon from english game. The odds is much better than finding one in the wild.

Normal chance to meet shiny in the wild is 1/8xxx. But with this method, the possibility or chance is reduced to a mere 1/1366

Normally you would need to trade from other game but you may find/befriend with it in Dream World in Spooky Manor~

why don't you get 1 yourself 1st? u can get it at plasma frigate or somthing after PWT while chasing team plasma..

-Got my other starter(Snivy and Tepig) from the forum that I mentioned few post back~ both were female too~
-Got Charmander and Bulbasaur egg, hatched and both female too~

u should get both on your way to pokemon league.... electirizer is on plasma frigate while dragon scale is on victory road...
as far as wanna share extra, dragon scale cost 40k at white forest while i dunno where electirizer is sold.... kinda costly for me who rarely plays anymore due to uni assignment
