just read some posted regarding ap vs ori.

as a reseller ourself, we don't have anything against AP set, (or original of course), as long as the AP is a genuine ap set.

what does it means by genuine? the AP set is just a set imported from oversea, where in their origin country, they are also original set (same like SME set, if u bring it oversea and try to claim for warranty, or try to sell it, basically it becomes AP there)

as AP set warranty is covered by AP supplier, the best is to buy AP set that is imported by big and reliable AP supplier, not just by some small or individual importer. 
for eg: who brought it here because they have friend studying overseas

the most important thing when buying AP, is to check with the seller, which AP company covers the warranty.

I was in the same boat as you before.
The titanium grey looks really sexy in photos and in person.
However, there is a very shiny gloss coating, which would mean that scratches will be easily seen.
And when I compared side-by-side between the white and grey, somehow the white looks better to me. IMHO, grey colour is better suited for S3. But of course, personal preference.

I did contact each and everyone of those seller you mentioned. All are warranty by Brandstar. Only problem is they are too far from my location.

The titanium grey GN2 doesn't give the 'expensive' / 'classy' look. It sort of looks like a typical large-sized phone (remember those HTC devices?). That's why I could never really accept the look of titanium grey on GN2.
