mau tanya, for proton saga 12 valve

if aircond, radio, lights off the alternator charge is 13.5v, when all turn on is 13v, the alternator working well?

read somewhere if alternator working well the charge should be ~14v

i went to check my alternator the other day, the voltage is 13+ he say is working, no charge for this

then wanna leave time remember my meter light not working at times, i let a few shops check d but still not working sometimes

he took off the meter, check the ic board and did some soldering, since then it's working fine
