Buds Organic Infant cream work wonder for my son's eczema, they do have Buds Eczema care series too. Other than that, it's advisable to rub your lo face every time after feeding with a warm handkerchief. Keep your lo's skin clean and dry. Apply cream/virgin coconut oil (VC0) after every rub.
