Ooops. Perhaps it's just 10 days exchange policy only. It's not no questions asked. It's more like a DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty.
Cannot fully goyang kaki though. tongue.gif
Since they normally ship during office hours, you can choose to collect at DHL centre or may need to take leave in order to be there to collect it, unless there are others in your office / home that can collect on behalf. Thought I wouldn't trust any of my office's staff to collect on behalf. laugh.gif

the Apple Online Store representative told me that its 14 days, but DOA as you said.
not no question asked like the one offered in US

spoke to the customer support.  was advised to use our power cable at home even the battery is full to prolong its life span.

i tot continuing charging it would damage it faster?

i wonder.
*
using power adaptor doesnt mean it will charge the battery.
once the indicator turns to green, it wont be charging.
your mac will be using power source to power the laptop

okay.  so if we charge half way then off it and recharge it again, will it damage the batt?

Added on October 24, 2012, 10:14 am

what event is that? any info?
*
not advisable, in long term it could damage it because apple's battery goes by charge cycles
