what is the best resolution for rmbp 13? Should I just leave it at 'best for retina' or change to other resolution? Which setting do you guys use?

I'm using a slightly higher resolution than the one suggested for 'best for retina', does that jeopardize the beautiful display??
I dont quite understand actually, with the one I am using, is it still considered as retina? So higher resolution = better?

but i don't know which one should i buy.
whether 2010 or 2011 model.

my usage is mainly web surfing and movies, little programming and video editing, photoshoping and some gaming(fifa,pes,DW,diablo 3 etc).
are 320m nvidia on mbp 2010 perform better than hd3000?

btw, which ssd brand suitable for both devices?

are there any difference about graphic performance on both model?
which brand ssd that enable TRIM on OSX?
any tips to check b4 buy used mbp?

I want to ask ya.. Basically the 15 inch rMBP lowest spec only got an increase in Proc speed from 2.3 to 2.4? Ram is still the same for the lower end rMBP right?

Dear all, my MacBook Air 11' trackpad is having some issues. I can't click the left half of the trackpad can't seem to click. Anyone know where can I get this repaired? :S

last month order for rBMP, yesterday distributor update that previous spec already EOL, they will send new rMBP with new spec but same price. need to wait early next month.

Hey guys been wanting to buy a rMBP for a while now but am afraid of the LG IR screen and also the Samsung backlight bleeding issues. If I were to buy from apple store and find that my screen has the said issues, will they provide a replacement? Am i to bare the cost of returning the previous mbp?

Hi all. Been wanting to get a MBP for university use in the future and all. Just asking, is it worthit to upgrade to an 8GB ram via Apple online store? Would it be better if I head to Machines instead & buy the MBP Then ask for an upgrade? Should I upgrade the ram from 4GB to 8GB? And according to my friends, they said the price of MBP MIGHT drop this year, not sure when. You think will that happen? Thank you.

just got my rMBP 13. i've got to say the screen looks absolutely amazing when viewing a 2560x1600 resolution picture. however, daily web surfing and watching youtube doesnt fully utilise the retina display which is quite disappointing.

anybody here knows of a retina ready photography websites ?
