Upload to dropbox. Done. Dropbox are for large files

Like the above said, you can go with dropbox. If you really don't want to use dropbox, then use those free upload service on website to do so. However, dropbox is still the fastest way to go if you ask me.

Maybe zip the file first before sending?

Hold home button and slide them to the side?

Go to application manager and view the running list. Click on the app and stop it. But some apps are stubborn and will just restart again after a while. So that is where titanium backup comes in. In titanium backup go to the app list, click on the app and choose to freeze the app. That will finish the job.

2min video... if recorded at 1080p... it'll be a few hundred MB... that's too big for whatsapp, email, etc... yes, you need to upload to file sharing like dropbox, etc...

i think you can also try uploading to youtube...
