my ping very high and internet speed very slow.
i reset or restart modem still the same.
anyone know how to solve ?

report 100 feel uselesss.
they are not so professional.

why i am surfing then suddenly no connection and internet connection yellow triangle,need restart modem or restart computer then only ok ?

oh,but i only have one modem.

ic,so the problem is router.
any suggestion rounter and modem?

i want change my streamyx password but i dont see the option under services.

when i connect to games,the ping will increase alot.
