After the upgrade, the technician didn't show the test speed results for your review?Normally after upgrade complete immediately obtain corresponding speed.
For my experience,when I upgraded to 1M>4M>8M, the technical come to my house test & upgrade on the spot,immediately increase the speed,then show me the speed test results.
I think you should contact the technician to solve this problem!
