today, TM technician called me and told me upgrade request (1Mbps to 4Mbps) has been completed. but he didnt come to my house , then he ask me to test it tomorrow (he said need to wait 24 hours?? got such thing?). by the way, i didnt test it now because im currently working.

and i check with TM 100, according to them still in process (not complete yet), who should i listen? =.=lll
