hey everyone, I have a 4.0Mbps streamyx at home, it is now capped at 1.0Mbps because previously @4.0Mbps will have intermittent connection issue during night time or peak hour, already called TM for the problem, and the technician who came suggested to cap the line at 1Mbps, well it does solve intermittent issue but line is slow during peak hour and night time.
I have been paying 4.0Mbps price for like 6months already but getting 1.0Mbps speed seems like rugi only. Its there any way that TM will upgrade the line at my area??
Technician say my house is too far from DSLAM, about 1.5km if not mistaken... My SNR margin is quite bad actually.

btw guys, i now have a dsl modem Aztech DSL305E working in bridge mode connected to a wireless router, how do I access my modem through the wireless router??
