Technician came to upgrade my line to 4Mbps on 29 Jan:
However, up till today 1 Feb, my modem statistic is still :
Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin: 36.5 24.0 db
Line Attenuation: 17.5 4.5 db
Data Rate: 1024 512 kbps
Max Rate: 8672 1156 kbps
CRC: 0 0
Called TM. they asked me to call technician.
Called Technician, he said TM problem. Kept asking me to wait a few days.
PS: ON 29 Jan during installation, he came to my house and test. He called TM on the spot and then reset the modem. However, it remained at 1Mbps. After an hour, he told me to wait 1 hr and retry again. There after, he left.
Since then, he has been blaming TM while TM is asking me to call technician during this 14 days warranty period.
Anyone has any idea where the problem lies? Is it the port outside or is it TM not resetting my account?
