noticed last week my torrent speed is capped around 100kbps.
now is ~50kbps.
have something to do with the coming election?
btw my ip is 175.142.x.x, melaka

today suddenly my torrent is good. downloading 3 files @ 300-350kbps. few times almost reach 400kbps.
hopefully things will remain like this. |
