hello guys smile.gif..need to know, is streamyx 4mbps need change new cable? i ask at the tmpoint they say my house using old cables, cant support 4mbps and 2mbps... only 1mbps applicable rclxub.gif

Im using streamyx 4mbps since september 2013. Never have problem before until last month i get frequent disconnection. Call 100 several times and they send technichian to my house. They have try everything include changing the join at the telephone pole and change my port but the problem still happen. What to do now? rclxub.gif

The snr reading is not stable. Sometimes it will drop below 10. My internet will randomly disconnect

hello guys.. my streamyx 4mbps keep frequent disconnect...technician already came like more than five times and seems like they dont know nothing about this..what should I do know? report to SKMM?

I got 2 modem ant both of it shows the same adsl reading...snr reading always jumping around..sometimes 30 and thn drop to 10.

technician came to my house several times already. and what they did reset port, change the connector at the telephone pole but the problem still persists..should I hire other thn TM technician? rclxub.gif
