Im using streamyx 4mbps since september 2013. Never have problem before until last month i get frequent disconnection. Call 100 several times and they send technichian to my house. They have try everything include changing the join at the telephone pole and change my port but the problem still happen. What to do now?

hello guys.. my streamyx 4mbps keep frequent disconnect...technician already came like more than five times and seems like they dont know nothing about this..what should I do know? report to SKMM?
