I went for hiking , and then followed by badminton. Then kena . It lasted for 1 month + already . Consulted speclist, say nothing biggie yet still the same. Abit worried. Anyone experienced this kind of problem before? now i can't run . Normal walk is ok, but if walk too much my knee will feel some pain.

When walking my knee cap will move , not all the time. And when i bend it, i can feel some grinding sound, like crushed sound. geli only.

I think my problem is overworked. I was very tired from hiking, but still had vigorous badminton match after that.

Playerseeker : how bad was your condition at that time? I think mine not really that serious, its just minor pain on my side. Would u elaborate more on your condition? maybe yours in worse shape at that time.

Oh ya ! i could go check and claim all under company! dind't thought of it. hm!

Urs definitely more serious.. the moment u slipped, all the weight is on your knee somemore. Mine is ok, i think i go down hill after hiking wrongly, over pressured my knee, after that badminton was ok, then my knee swollen.

Doctor did the same to me, moving my knee, push here push there, till one part where he kind of twisted my whole leg and pull . thats when i can feel A lil, just a lil pain . thats how he identified my meniscus problem. Doesnt look serious at all . Just wondering why it took so long to recover. can't wait to get back to court

U r so right man , i'm too relying on my left leg now that even normal movement that wont cause my right leg pain, i'll still use left. :\

QUOTE(asrul @ Jun 19 2017, 03:12 AM)
Hi,

Sorry for bumping old thread

Went to see the ortho consultant, and found out that my meniscus is torn.

Anyone here can recommend, which private specialist should i go? Pantai, Prince Court, or Gleneagles.

& how much it cost?
Thanks in advance.

I did 22k in Gleneagle's back then.
